i used to have a 200 beta, now a 200 sherco, and my sherco has a lot more zippier responsive engine, infact the bike is more responsive than my mates gas gas txt 2000 249 it pulls ok at high revs and any revs in 2nd and 1st and 3rd up hills no bother, it will take me where ever i want it to go,

did the paint chip easily? i am thinking about doing this to my sherco

had a gasser contact that was like this, to cure the oild up plug we replaced the crank seals. (this might not need doing on yours) and the timing was out, the woodroof key sheared off, check that in the flywheel side, as this was the main prolbem with ours.

my dads gas gas did the rev out sypetom. the inlet manifold was the problem, it was split, causing to much air to get in. if not that could it not be the read valves?

lol just keep that clone tool under control lol. so is that stuff you use on your bike redily avalible for the public at a car shop? (them back street cheapo shops!)

just to see who is riding what, and what changes people has made to there bikes.
any way here is my sherco, 03 plastics, 02 tank, looks rather good combi if you ask me. with added renthal bars in gold and hope adjuster. or yeh a rather nice silver gas cap

change the springs inside the clutch plates fit it with lighter springs,? or buy a longer lever blade for increased leverage meaning it will be easier to pull? or to make sure theres no muck or any thing in give it a bleed shouldt be this becasue if it was that it problys feel spongy and have no feel to it my sherco feels spot on

try and t-cut it a bit, wont take the scrathes out (will if you scrub it hard enough for a week) but will get the mud out of it so it wont look as bad. do it on my bike quite abit

what will different oils do to it? im not sure what it is but used to drag with this oil in, then next time i went out it never.

im not actually botherd about the leak the thing im worried is about is the bike running in the right amout of oil, as on start off the clutch used to drag, now it dosnt (good but why is this)

had new waterpump seals done, and its been out twice riding and when i drained it i got 400ml out so i put 400ml back in becasue i knew there would be some still left in there

gearbox oil is dripping out of my breather pipe on the crankcase on my 02 200. i have the correct amount of oil in aswell.could it be getting presurised from somewhere? help please.!! thanks.
