is it an 05 because alot of 05's have a lot of clutch nock, i think if idleing and you pull your clucth in it should stop?

had the chance to swap my 02 sherco and a 96 gas gas for a 03 250 pro,so what are the 03's like compared to a sherco, reliable? also what engine do you think i should get the 250 or 280 i like an engine that can plodder on in sections but with plenty of power to pull 4th up hills will a 250 pull 4th up hills? and alot of people said the 280's are really savage just to foget about them. and is it all 03's with the crap air box on? or should i just forget about the gas gas and get another 03 or 04 sherco 250 or 290? thanks colly

get the pump drive gear the plastic lined up properley on the crank drive gear,. becasue if not it could do what it did on mine the pin from the drive shaft come out and mangle all the drive gears

the new main bearings making the whine? did you use a dealer part becasue im sure the standard sherco bearings do, im sure some one will be able to shed the light-ask honda rs, ishy or jtt.

my old gasser did that to. worth checking

heard of lots of rev3's dying up here, in the north and the problem was the cdi unit, so like some one says try and swap a few parts. good luck
