Hey Charlie, since your a liberal lefty, whatcha doin' leakin' oil all over our
lovely green earth? You Harley people should be ashamed! Messin up our
O Zone, Ktaminatin r ground water. Wait, there's a tree, I gotta go hug it.
Hope it ain't no locust!
-
Dom, do you think it will be labeled a Yamaha?
-
Hey MM.
Alex Conklins Beta 200 will be for sale soon. Ask him to have a go on it.
-
Marky, can you give us a genaric name for 2K?
I'd like to get some paint and get playing some. Even made a small junky paint booth in the basement. I have a compressor and a high volume, low pressure paint gun. Ready to learn! Also wondering what paint would resist gas spilling on it.

We'll let you know. It looks like the case has a pretty good amount of room in it.
The brass is just sitting over here on the floor waiting for me to start something. The brass is 6 lbs. right now. I'll get it so that it fits the case and
on the flywheel first and just see what it weights then. 3.5 pounds sounds like a good start to me. Probably a little heavy but it's easier to take brass off than it is to put it back on!

Hey guys, where's the movie?
-
I found some on the TTR.
Bore 54 mm
Stroke 54 mm
Compression Ratio 10 to 1
Carb 20 mm Mikuni
-
Does anyone know where to find the engine specs? Bore, Stroke, valves, cam profile, flywheel weight?
-
Jay, it's a Mecatechno Amigo with a Morini Franco Motori.
It's 80cc's and it has some weight (1.2 lbs.) on the flywheel already.
It's still too peaky though if you ask me. I see my son constantly spinning the real wheel in sections.
Thanks Hanna.

Can any one give me a ball park idea on how much weight should be added to a little motor that revs more like a MX bike than a trials bike?
-
Dan, could you tell us more about the Ot Pi camp. Is it for anyone that want's to learn bike trials? Cost?
-
I've been using a fold up table that my work was throwing away. The table is 6 feet long and 30 inches wide. The wheels end up over the legs so the support is good for a trials bike. I wouldn't want anything heavy on it though. I can put a regular stand under it to work on the wheels. I just use a piece of plywood to spread out the weight from the middle. The tie downs fit on a little lip under the table. Plenty of room for tools. So far so good. I just use a ramp to wheel the bike up on the table. The best part (like on monster garage) is FREEBEE!
-
Kevin, you always have good tips. Thanks
-
I mean in Cog. Neeeeto , dude!
Sounds German to me.
-
I wish that more people would have their location on their profile.
Maybe they are incognito!
-
Shouldn't someone post a "who's bike is best" poll every week?
-
Best bike of 2002. '74 TL125.
-
I remember the older bikes with two spark plugs. One was just a spare and it seemed like this didn't work too good. What about two plugs that do work like in a lot of modern vehicles. Would this mess up the swirl in the head? It messes up the swirl in mine!
-
Terry, I tried to e mail you but I don't know if you got it or not. If not then someone named Terry someplace is reading it and shaking his head, and saying
-
I have a slow Domino you could borrow to check on the cables. If you want you could just get Bob Ginder to make you a cable for the TL and a Domino. He made mine.
-
Think of all the time he saved.
-
Terry, are you going to the meeting and banquet Sat?
-
The picture reminds me of the movie "On any Sunday" when the rider trys to make a signal fire.
