Andy, I can't upload any pictures from my peuter.
  5. My TL has preload adjusters too! BTW, lots of us are engineers, just not THE engineers. I wouldn't think it would be hard at all to adjust the timing to change the responce of the motor. If it could be done "from the cockpit" that would be a great advantage.
  6. If you were designing a new bike, what would you change from the ones avalible today? I'd like to see a water proof fresh air vent near the headstock for example. A sliding shock mount (or different holes with a pin) to vary the stiffness of the shock. Better and easier filter maintenance. More grease fittings. Better adjustablity for handle bars and footpegs. The things I like on the ones I see are...... Sherco's see through tank. Betas linkless shock. Tell us what you would design and what features you like on different bikes.
  7. Good for you, Ron. I know you've been waiting for what must have seemed like forever.

    Rtl/cota

I didn't mean to mis lead. I was only curious. I saw a picture on here with Fugigas on a Montesa and it made me wonder how hard it would be to get RTL stuff here.
  9. Does anyone know how many different types of flywheel pullers there are for the modern bikes?

    Rtl/cota

Could a person get all the plastic and stickers to make a Cota look like a RTL 250?
  11. The rock is facing N.E. Its right all the time no matter which way your monitor is, its like saying your left hand is on your left... :madsanta: How do you know what direction the picture was taken from? Is North always straight ahead?
  12. I know what direction is north east from here. My question is, how do you know what direction my monitor is facing? BTW your right! :beard:
  13. I can send you pictures of the PARTS of the Fairlane. The lastest issue or the Fairlaner has some great origanal promotion pictures of 62, 63, 64 Fairlanes and Meteors.
  14. Well I'm glad you wrote Los Angeles instead of L.A. I would have assumed it was in Lower Alabama then.
  15. Do you agree that the main hold up is on the first loop? Who finishes first on the first loop?

    More CC?

I agree with HRC2002. The brand loyalty is huge. We see it here all the time. Montesa NEEDS to have youth bikes IMHO.
  17. What do you think about writing the time down on the back of the score card? After a few events we could statistacally know what group gets finished quicker and could use that for staging the start better. I think it would work.
  18. That's kinda my point. 2 Champ riders are not going to take as long as 30 Intermediate riders to get done with a section.
  19. I thought Ringo was taking it over
  20. Speaking of "starting sections". It seems to me that this has been done just randomly. I was thinking that for our group we could track the time in for the riders and figure out what group gets in the quickest on average. Use that information to get the differant groups to their starting sections. Does this make sence?
  21. I THINK I"M MOVING TO CHICAGO! best Pizza in the world. Ever eat at Bacino's on Wacker Drive?
  22. When and where is it going to be? Might be time for some french fries with gravy and vinigar!
