September 5, 20178 yr There is a picture of a new 500 two stroke MX Honda (allegedly) doing the rounds on the internet. In theory 2T trials should be quite a bit lighter and cheaper (due to less parts / less complexity) than a 4T. Until a manufacturer produces and sell a top spec low cost 2T in large volumes Honda / mont will probably continue to sell only 4T. Same goes for MX. If good 2Ts were available at a lower price and 4T sales fell then manufacturers may be forced to go 2T including Honda.

September 5, 20178 yr Honda don't make anything 2stroke even their strimmers are 4stroke. Any 2stroke pics you've seen are photoshop fakes.
September 6, 20178 yr Honda are going to develop 1cylinder of the hybrid McLaren/ Honda F1 engine as evidently the soft lower power output will be spot on for trials. Watch out for the Spanish dream team of fernando alonso and Toni bou!!
