Was wondering if anyone could help me out, i have an 03 gasgas edition 280 it is a sound runner and i have had no problems with the engine. My only concern is that the forks and rear suspension are too soft, the rear tyre rubs on the back of air box(underside of mudguard) a number of times everytime i ride the bike. Also the forks bottom out every now and again. does anyone know how i can stiffen the bike up a bit without making it too snappy? basically i need some advice before i start messing with it myself. thanks

This has been posted to the front page, but I'm aware folk don't always check that so am cross-posting it here. The ACU get a fair amount of bashing on these forums - I've even been guilty of it myself on occasion! Their Open Trials Forum is your chance to have your say regarding the sport. Full details of the when and where are detailed below. I'd be there myself if I wasn't so far away and had a prior engagement shooting Haggis that day I would like to think, out of the many hundred UK members we have on these forums - plus the hundreds more guests who read these forums, but aren't registered, we can manage the required 10 attendees from here alone. If you can mak…

Jon "Lebowski, Pete and I went down to Pett today to ride a trial that had been set up by Bexleyheath & Distric MCC. We left Maidstone at 8.30 and got there by 10.00 , backroads and lanes most of the way. We signed up etc..... Then all had a sniff around a brand new OSSA , pics below. Looks like they have really tried to evolve the bike, tank is cast ally and hangs from the front of the radiator. Engine head is canted rearward. The swing arm is a piece of art. Being fuel injected made me grin...... technology amazes me. Yours for a mere
