Does anyone know when Cumberland County's Memorial Trial (16th Nov) is to be rescheduled? No info on the website as yet. I was just wondering what the new date is, if it's been decided yet? Thanks Oz

I went to the recent Winsford Trial held at the Frodsham at the Alvanley Trials Ground and took quite a lot of photo's with my SLR. It was a nice sunny day so got some pretty good action shots and I'm happy to give them to the club/riders. However I can't find a Winsford club website to offer them the photo's. anyone got a link or club contact e-mail address. The Cheshire & North Wales Centre site lists the Trial results but no contact details.

OK, well, you guys speak something that slightly resembles what I speak, or at least a lot closer then the Spanish do, so I will ask you guys, When you have a World Champ from your country, does the number of riders /participants / spectators go up and when you lose the world championship does it diminish? I am speaking on a general kind of basis. Said another way, do your club secretaries (I think that is what you call them) see an increase in membership when Dougie is World Champ and does your membership fall off if he loses?

Important Club News After many years involvement in helping run a number of clubs, both Dave and I feel it is time to step aside and give other people a chance to take the reigns. It is our intention to continue until the end of this year and are looking for people to take over as secretary and chairperson during this period. We will of course give guidance to the new officials. If anyone is interested in taking either position or just helping out with club duties please contact us via the email address on the club web page or just by talking to us if you see us at an event Russ D

Wrexham trial at the weekend was a bit of a strange one Some good sections (most if not all of them actually). I noticed on the web it said entries close an hour before the start, so I turned up just before 10 for an 11 o'clock start. The car park was already filling up, so I knew it was going to be a big entry. Queue for entries was massive, and start was delayed I think by about 45-50 minutes. Big queueing on the first lap - I didn't have my watch on, but seemed to be at least 2 and a half - 3 hours on first lap. I suppose we were a bit slower dragging round our two lads on Beta 50's. At about 3 the sun disappeared behind the hill, and almost immediately the ice c…
