hi all New into this lark, lookin at gettin a trials bike shortly after doing a bit of greenlaning. Could do with the dimesnions of a trials bike without the wheels on up to the fork tops if anyone can help. Hoping it'll fit into my estate car by dropping the wheels out and tilting the bars back, don't have to get a towbar & trailer then. thanks if anyone can help. HoggyF

Hi folks My names Tom, im 21 and a previous member at Earl Shilton T.C. in Leicester. I used to ride a 99 Cota 315 but I havent trialed for a good 7 years now, i did up until i was about 13-14 but unfortunately had to give it up for a weekend job! Great compromise right! Anyway, im looking at starting up again sometime next year, need to do a bit of saving first to get hold of a few necessesities, like a bike and some new gear because i sold all of it when the Montesa had to go. Anyway, im thinking of getting a Sherco 2.9 about 2004ish. If anybody knows of anything going or anywhere to cheap gear, would be interested to hear from you. I'm a little out of touch Tom

Hi all just joined forum. Steve from LEEDS Been a off road trail rider for many years & a road biker for most of my life 57 now old sod, Anyway just bought myself a 2006 beta rev3 270 & so far i am delighted with the looks & quality of build. Suppose i might think differently when the thing chuck me off into a ditch or worse. From readings i maybe should have gone for the 250 or even the tamer 200, but always been a sucker for big. Gsxr100 K1, GSX1400. VFR800. and quite a few more. I,ve lost a lot of freinds to motorcycling over the years & been lucky myself so maybe its time to flog the bikes & stay off road. Not that its 100% as quite a few of our g…

  7. Started by kttwofifty,

Have been lurking on the site for a while and thought it was time to post. I ride a KT 250 Kawasaki in vintage trials and have done so since about 1998 off and on. I try to ride a lot of different events in different orgs. This year rode some MOTA events and the NATC round in Sept in Dickson,TN. I usually ride in OH at VMD but took a yr off so the AMA could get it's act together. I will be back there next year, plus plan to run some TI events in the midwest. I also ride dualsport on a Suz DRZ400 and some of you know me as buls4evr on advrider site. I live in New Mexico in the Jan-May months each year as I hate winter weather so will be leaving soon. This yr. my friend…

Hi all .... just thought I would drop in. I have been riding for along while and have always been interested in trials but have never participated. After going to an AHRMA event near here I don't know why I stayed away so long. Anyhow I have found a bike and am in the process of making it workable to practice and compete on next season so I am looking forward to that. Most of my riding experience has been enduros and trails with a little mx along time ago. Thanks Sam

Hello everyone. My name is Steve and I am trying to get back into trials. I have been on motorcycles for 40 year and trials bikes for a good share of that but in 2002 was involved in a serious streetbike accident that has left me paralized in my ankles and feet. I stopped riding trials at that time but returned to off-road riding via a KTM with a Revloc auto clutch and moving the rear brake to where the clutch lever had been. I recently aquired and rebuilt a 95 Gas Gas JT35 to try to see if this sport is possible for me. A front brake master cylinder was purchased via ebay and installed backwards on the clutch side of the handlebar with the control lever modified so t…
