Hi I lost one of the side seat/tank body mount screws ( the ones with the large 20mm approx pan head ) . I have some spares but they are too short for the tank/seat that I am using. Can anyone suggest a supplier - or are they commonly available parts ... maybe I am not searching for the correct term.

Hi, I'm just going to change the fluids on my 349 prior to putting the new carb on.I'm guessing the large screw on the bottom of the left hand side case is the drain for the the transmission oil and the fill plug is on the top. I presume the plastic screw under the engine is the drain for the gearbox oil with filler above. So far about 1/2 teaspoon of water out of the transmission and a tablespoon of oil from the gearbox. Could someone confirm this and let me know correct lubricants and quantities please. Thanks for looking. Neil

I am trying to find out what is the spoke off set to the rear of an 81 248 cota. I have sent the wheels off my 248 to be rebuilt, before sending off to the wheel builder I decided to strip them myself so I could polish the rims and hubs. This has proved to be a bit of a possible oversight as the first question I am asked is do I know what the offset is, he has looked a various sites with out success. Any help would be most helpful.

Are there any secrets to removing the chain tensioner pivot bolt on a 2018 300 4rt? So far I have tried penetrating oil, heat and a few heat cycles. Does a steel bolt thread right into an aluminium pivot?

Hi all, is there anybody that provides an alloy tank for the Cota 21M that will sit under the original tank / seat unit with the old tank base cut away? Or can anyone suggest a company that might make one.

Hi, does anyone know if there are metal tanks available to fit under the orignial glass fibre seat & tank unit? I know there are treatments available to prevent ethanol 'eating' the glass fibre but a metal tank would be preferable.
