  1. I'm not disputing you, I was only asking, is it acceptable for a rider to do this ?
  2. On a slightly different slant, I seen Lampkin washing water up over rocks with his boot on the very last section on the Friday at the Scottish, what's the difference ???
  3. I got a 5 at the Scottish championship in April for stopping, I was staggered when I was told, quite litterly couldn't believe it and to this moment I have no recollection of stopping whatsoever in that section

Ahh....i remember now. Surely any 15 sherco on the go would have it's issues sorted by now....surely ?
  5. cabby replied to craigh88's topic in Sherco
I've had two new sherco, 2012 and 2017. No issues whatsoever. The rear tank seemed a novel idea but hindsight it was rubbish, fall over on rocks and you'll find out why. The lock at the frame was another horrible design failure imo but no running issues at all.

GG have came bouncing back after their problems. Loads bailed out when they had the issues and loads have returned since. I've recently just bought a new sherco, had a 2014 factory GG before that, the GG was/is a lovely bike to ride, better than the sherco IMO rubbish opinion, my only issue I found with GG was the gearbox was made of chocolate.
  7. I don't know what you're complaining about, I had two 5's today still, at least I never fell off
  8. Well this muppet here speaks from personal recent experience
  9. You're right arsey aren't you
  10. Well as someone who took their trials bike to get MOT'd recently and was told specifically by the tester to nip away and get a reflector, I'm gonna disagree with the two posters above on my own personal experience, though I had a small number plate.
  11. Horn, number plate and reflector, and that's it.
  12. What are you talking about man
  13. My tyre man refused to do it due to being a sidewall but allowed me to fit it while he just removed and fitted tyre....top man, sorted.
  14. Somebody punctured illegally riding up glenshee at the weekend breagh, if I catch them I'll have their guts for garters
  15. Can I safely fix a sidewall puncture on my rear dunlop ??
  16. Looks brilliant, would love to do that. Seems the bike of choice from the vids is the monty.
  17. Right enough, gamekeepers are an honourable bunch
  18. If you don't do trials itself, then a 3 hunner will be grand... Hold on a minute....I do hope that's not illegal riding you're doing, they'll have your balls for that on here
  19. What level do you ride at ?
  20. cabby replied to spen's topic in General Trials Talk
My bike isn't on SORN though, it's taxed.
  21. cabby replied to spen's topic in General Trials Talk
I got one of these letters, I was shocked as I was sure I taxed all my bikes at the same time, checked my bank records and I had, then checked the DVLA site where you can check if a vehicle is taxed and bizarrely, it showed up taxed as I knew.....very strange.

The OP in the topic is a woman and very slight, so I thought she just needed to man up with her clutch finger but tonight I felt how heavy it is myself, jeezo, it's the stiffest clutch pull I've ever felt.
  23. Brilliant ride from young Minta, though it's not like it's the first time he's ridden up there.....I'm saying nothing
  24. Well feel free to steal it and claim it as yours
  25. Oh and btw, had a great day up there yesterday, never got name called or offered a square go all day
