same on the 315 mate can anybody explain why is it due to heat expansion ?

just changing the fork oil made a hell of a difference to mine mine has the older paoli forks boyesen reeds have made mine more responsive and rev crisper the modified rear suspension plates have made the rear feel better but not ridden the bike since fitting them only done on monday

this might sound daft and i dont mean to insult you but when i was 16 i had a puch m50 gp a quick little bike and to save money i packed the baffle with wire wool it ran great till i got it hot then exactly as you describe loads of smoke and sparks

every trial ive been to you see somebody pushing a sherco or a beta back to their trailer but never a monty yes i am biased
