motul transoil seems ok got it with a service kit i usually use putoline light gear oil which i have never had a problem with

i just remove it and spray everything with wd 40 after each ride / wash

just bought another one of these very tatty and in boxes but it seems to be all there if you just pm me or whatever il email that diagram to you it just seems easier

i just stabbed mine and teased it out then pushed the new one in place (using the tube of a paint roller ) perfect fit
