I did the same 4 weeks ago & I could hardly walk for 2 weeks the swelling was so bad
Be careful it may get worse, if you don't rest it with all that internal bleeding
My mate did the same last year & spent 2 weeks in hospital with cellulitis & blood clots as a result

A very nice man gave me some pointers last night and I've been up this afternoon, bought a programme from Reeth garage (fantastic momento and well done RMC)
All section timings worked out and i had a ride round the roads to suss out where I'm going to watch tomorrow

I keep looking on RMC's website, but no route map is listed for this year's Trial as yet
Can any RMC official tell me if they are listing the map, or do I have to nip up tomorrow to pick up a programme (was going to buy one on Sat anyway)

Most years I see a lot of spectators randomly carrying complete rear wheels along with their cameras & bait boxes
Do they use them to sit on?
Make a good alternative to a shooting stick

Could be handy for a bit of marshalling/observing though to whip on and off
I heard about it on FB from Mickey Oates page, so pretty official as they're a dealer
Should be a few popping up on eBay though, hope they fit the earlier 4RT's
There are somethings (Trials related)you can't mention here & we're fine with that
Some Trials websites are a no-no, especially when they ARE not sponsors of Trials Central
