Haven't been around for awhile to bash the beave [or should I say, beat the beave?] so I may have missed some bench racing regarding the new guy "half a tire right" I'm just wondering if anyone has commented on the noser he's doing on the TY? Here I was, thinking that the beave was on his way to recovery with a semi decent post for once. The stuff about the kids IS ALL GOOD and they are amazing. These kids have come up in the last couple of years to completely destroy the adult competition. [don't you little punks get a big heads because you still don't know how to really 'ringo' a motorcycle and walk away with a smile ] Of course the beave's medication wore off and he went on some tangent about chile rellenos.

Craig, What the Fock is your deal with the Champ? We all know that Geoff chooses not to compete on the world round circuit for "professional business" reasons. Two things that you know nothing about. After reading through all of this I'll make a few comments that are 100% accurate, not rumor. 1] Yes, the beave does sit back and laugh at about 99% of the shat he stirs up... just as I do. 2] Dr. Fraceman is spot on regarding his opinion that the beave is in a position to make some things happen but the reality is that the beave chooses to sit back and congratulate himself for every good idea that ever was while not raising a finger to do anything to promote this sport. He is amoung the 90% of people who take advantage of all the hard work that 10% of us that actually create the entire venue for he and his family to enjoy. I'm not condemning him for that because we all do it out of passion without request of anything in return. WE LOVE DOING IT! The problem is with the LOUD MOUTHS in the 90% of people who don't raise a finger yet tell us how we should do things, how we should set up events and how easy or hard the lines they ride should be. RAISE A HAND TO HELP OUT or SHUT THE F UP AND GO AWAY. We will continue to do what we do with or without thier help. Here's a thought. Let's say that Bill Gates noticed that his home city had a problem with starving children. Now let's say that Mr. Gates starts patting himself on the back for making so much money in his lifetime. Easy to say the United States Champion of wealth. Now let's say that there's a voluteer group who's been doing a pretty damn good job of feeding the children. Mr. Gates starts writing to them and telling them how they should change things and make things better yet he wont raise a finger to help out or donate any money. WOULD YOU RESPECT HIM??? I think we'd all agree that he should simply shut up and go away because he's clearly not doing anything but p***ing off the rest of the volunteers. Dear Mr. Lin, I've been a tremendous fan of yours for many years. I am quite disapointed that nobody has responded to this tred as well. You've done such a wonderful job of breaking down the four areas of my developement that I am forever indebted to you. You see, I've developed a state of mind much like yours and I wouldn't be where I am today if I had not listened to your "secrets of success" many years ago. It all started years ago when I was training a little rider over in Europe named Dougie. For the life of me I wasn't able to motivate the chap to break through the mental barrier that he had. I said to myself "Ringo, what would the great Mich Lin do in a situation like this?" I answered myself [yes, just like you, I talk to myself] "Well Ringo, Mr. Lin would lead by example" So I decided to show little Dougie how to go about conquering a difficult section. I pulled up the the gate, looked at it, then kindly asked the checker for a five therefore showing the world that I was champion and deserved much adjulation and congratulations for doing exactly what I set out to do and that was prove to the world that I was still the same champion that I had been 400 years prior when I beat all the other world champions. Well, little Dougie was so moved by my ultimate display of trials prowess that he devoted the rest of his life to winning the world championship. So you see, it was my insight, training technigue and intense devotion to the society for the underprivaleged bogger pickers of America that ultimatly led to the world championship of my good friend Dougie Lampkin. Can anybody tell me what state of mind we [Mr. Lin & I] are in?

Brendan, If you get a chance to come to our March event in Lucerne I'll introduce you to the original "Adventure Ride" A wonderful 2-4 hour ride, depending on skill level, through the narliest, rockiest, tightest trail that you've ever seen. Also, a few of us have been seen competing against some of the best desert racers in hare scrambles events and enduro events, etc. There are aftermarket large tanks, seats, etc. that can aid you in your search for the ultimate trail bike. I hate to see the trials bike be classified as 'nothing more than a trick/stunt bike when there truely is a lot more you can do with one.
