Thought Clarky might have bought it of you cracking wee bike I bought an 2010 gasser kept it a couple of months , way to light and powerfull for my skill level so punted it at a great loss. There are people who are genuine sellers.

I've just got rid of a 2009 gasser and bought a 2003 Scorpa , nothing to do with money but for my skill level the Scorpa suits me better.

When I took my to a trial ended up it was quieter than most. Seems to get quieter or you just don't notice it as much after a while.

Don't think mine has realised when I told her I was going out.

Yeh mine was probably set up correctly as it didn't make a noise until I removed the clutch fixing the kick start. Seemed to quieten down today as the day went on.

It makes a noise until you pull the clutch lever in about 3mm then it ok.

It's a 2009 txt pro 250 , it does appear to ride ok. Just the whirring noise until clutch is engaged.

I've had a problem with my kick start not engaging but thats fixed now. The Clutch is making a wirring noise until you engage a tiny bit of clutch. Ive taken the casing off and removed clutch and refited but still making the noise. The noise is louder then normal. I was hoping to use the bike tomorrow so any ideas or will it be ok to use ? Any advice greatly appreciated

My sons are a lot worse than them and only worn a handful of times utter pish wouldn't buy them again.

I've a 250 and my son a 125, we swapped bikes for a bit today and his felf so light and manageable. Was sorry to hand it back . Might just have been the trial we were on at the time but worth you having a shot of one.

He might have re-jetted and changed the needle on the bike for running with the other exhaust and not changed the jets back again. Hence the reason it's bogging down and not iddling. On your road bike you re-map it when putting a race pipe on same with these but your doing it manually by changing things in the carb.

I've bought 2 Trials bikes one from dealer and one private and they both said use Automatic Transmition Fluid in the gearbox and change it often. That said to buy 5 ltrs but what and where do I buy it from. I've had the bikes out twice now so am I correct in changing it ever couple of outings or am I being a bit anal changing it that often. Thanks in advance.

I bought Wulf years ago for my son when he rode motocross bikes. At that time I thought they were rubbish and didn't wear very well. I bought Fox after that and thought that was good quality kit. Good news though that there quality is getting better.

I didn't know about the age restriction so thats a pity. But if he has a go and the bug bites then getting him a 125cc is an option. But I really would like to see him liking the sport rather than me trying to talk him in to it. Once bitten twice shy kind of thing (Motocross) he prefers playing on pit bikes.
