  1. Yah, but I had the impression the Englisch didn't do bad either, I thought they felt more at home here There were "only" 29 points between the best and the first Brit. When the going gets tough, the tough get going, or something like that
  2. I know it's only second hand news, I didn't hear directly from an observer, but I guess they're starting to realise they might have taken the wrong way. If you look at all the videos I've posted about the Belgian event, you can check it for yourself if they've were allowed 3 seconds or not.
  3. I was told that an observer said that they had to give the riders a 3 seconds stop allowed time, because of the hard and muddy conditions in the Belgium event. This was of course not the case in France.
  4. So to save the sport you're willing to destroy it? Strange logic. (Damn, I promised myself to shut up about it )

  6. Not enough water/mud? Short report, sadly in Spanish. Thanks to Raga: http://www.tv3.cat/videos/5190871/Sorpresa-al-Mundial-de-trial
  7. I'm no big fan of the no-stop rule, but people, stop the whining and complaining about it. If you're dead against it, start a petition and if you don't believe a petition would change anything, do you think all this complaining is going to change anything? Really? I'm slowly starting to think this whining is doing more harm to the sport than the no-stop rule itself. I'm all for freedom of speech but this keeps going on and on and on... Get on your freaking bike and ride it, ride it like it's the last thing you're going to do! (sorry, I had to get this off my chest) ...
  8. Another one by Sergio http://www.photobysergio.fr/comblain-video.html

RRP? Euh... come again. No clue what that means...

I wonder what's behind this policy of having so small numbers of bikes available. Don't they want to sell bikes or what? Is the production capacity so low?
  11. Despite a five, the contender still could have ridden in an impressive way, or the crowd might think he could use some sympathetic support. I'm just saying it might be done with the best intentions. I don't know how mean the crowds are in your nick of the woods, but here in Belgium I didn't sense much hostility.

This is what the result should look like:

Thanks guys! The commercial video is surprisingly honest imo
  14. Are you kidding? Why do you think the applause has anything to do with the score? Couldn't it be that people are just impressed with the riding skills? That was at least my impression at the Belgian round.

You should use a computer instead of a phone then I did and came up with this: http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/topic/33919-gas-gas-txt-pro-chain-tensioner/?hl=%2Bchain+%2Btensioner
  16. Yes, you are incorrect. A stall alone, if you keep moving is not a 5, not even a 1.
  17. Half way the sight glass is what GasGas recommends. With more in it you risk clutch drag.
  18. Tomorrow, thursday 24-7 at 19:55 CET on Motors TV.com: FIM TRIAL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP COMBLAIN-AU-PONT, BELGIUM http://nowwatchtvlive.com/2011/08/watch-motors-tv-live-online-motors-tv-channel-free-motors-tv/
  19. Raga also got away with some stops, maybe they weren't so long, but still
  20. I was thinking the same! This is the next Fujinami It's a pre 2014 Honda/Montesa 4RT (it's called Honda RTL260F in Japan) with the "normal" Honda frame but it's a Mitani (= japanese tuner) version. It even has a twin spark head like Bou's bike (if you look closely you can see the two coils on the left side of the engine)
  21. I think you've got the wrong throttle cable. I've never heard of a cable stretching so much one runs out of adjustment.
  22. Follow an excellent rider for a full lap:
