  4. Hi all, Just reading this old thread about the shock mount rubber. Does anyone know where I may be able to source one from. I tried the places mentioned but nil stock. Part # 50250-gc4-000. Thanks,
  5. Does anyone have a pic of the M10 That was for sale?
  6. Both caps on mine were letting air in and out which is different to my Bultaco. I pulled them apart and cleaned. It seemed someone had tightened nuts down onto spring forcing small sealing washer to not seal. I backed the nut off leaving room for spring to work and let sealing washer open and close. Works great now, only vents on full compression and let's air in on the up stroke. Think this is how it should work........
  7. Thanks I'll try your recommendations. Am I right in thinking the vents on the caps should let air out on compression and suck in when released?
  8. Hi all, Looking for the fork oil quantity for a '83 Jumbo with 38mm Betor forks. Thanks,,

    The Last Bultaco

I have just brought over one of my 199B's along with a SWM Jumbo from the United States to Australia so there is one more B down under. Mine is 13439B in Australia and the one still in the States is 14055B. Both have matching engine numbers if that helps any research.
  11. I always use Jitsie. Never had a problem.
  12. Thanks all! I have done lots of Bultaco's but first SWM.
  13. Hi all, I am replacing seals and bearings in my Jumbo engine and have a few questions: - does the gear box internals stay in the clutch side or front sprocket side of motor when split? - is heat needed on the main bearings to come away from the case? Thanks in advance,,
  14. Lots of good replies. Thanks,, This is the one I was looking at: http://jbanyeres.com/en/home/199-freno-delantero-nuevo-modelo-nissin-type-2-made-in-japan.html

  19. Hi All, Anyone have any ideas or know where I can get a heat shield for the muffler on my 87 RTL. Gets very hot and tired of burning my pants. I have seen some in the pictures of Saunder's and Lejeune's works bikes?
  20. Thanks for the replies. I'll try different coolant for a start. Mark G
  21. Hi all, Anyone have experience with oversize radiators for the 4RT? (I have a 2015) thinking of fitting one to help with the heat here in the land down under. 38 degrees C here yesterday........ -Do they usually fit without modification? - Any good suggestions for a supplier? Thanks, Mark G
  22. Hi all, Has anyone any experience with the Jitsie handlebar risers? Front end feels way too low on my RTL and don't want to alter the frame to move foot pegs. Thanks! Mark G
  23. Unfortunately about 12 hours drive away. The new parts are in the mail so have to pull the new bike to bits and to see why it's leaking and hope it's just a faulty seal or faulty installation.
