Make sure the little rubber stopper is in place when you are in there.It limits the travel at the top position.

My 2011 is different.But i seem to recall hearing about the fixer nut being left hand thread and hidden inside.Thoughts?

Same butcher that put the "knobbies" on it.

It's all apart anyway.the outer races look f'd to me.Cut a groove in the stem race with a dremel making sure to not cut all the way thru.Then give it a big whack with a chisel and hammer.It will crack it making it easy to slide off.

Do not touch! Yes this is the throttle postion sensor..It is VERY sensitive.

Sounds like crank bearings.You can pull the left cover to check that one.

That'll be a last resort.The bushing isn't as good,but hey,it lasted 7 years.Another bushing would be fine and no more than $10 if i could buy just one.Thanks.
