Just Bought my 2010 Evo 2T, after selling my 4rt i need to get to grips with this fuel mixing again, now is someone going to give me the ratio lets say for one litre of fuel please.Must also say how light the bike feels, like a toy! Heres hoping ive done the right thing!

I ve just bought a oko from Chris at classic trial, he sorted the the jetting, just fitted and go,works a treat! very helpfull chap.

Just changed my wheel bearings on the front sure they are 6202rs, can get them at any bearing suppliers.If not pm me.

Can anyone shed a bit of info on why my 240, clutch rumbles whilst engaged in a gear,let the clutch out noise goes,it has new oil,and engine runs fine and pulls lovely when the clutch is out.

Hi Ive got a swb and i can fit two bikes in, although i have to put a front wheel between the seats if carrying two.At the moment ive fitted a rear seat in and just carry the one bike.I would say that a lwb with a high top would be better saying that they are a better price!The van its self does every thing i need, very robust.

Honda Pants Now you have a old rusty washer for a woodruff Key, A old bit of wood, and a drip tray. And a Haynes Manual written in Hieroglyphics. Your doing really well Pal

Use a old rusty washer,that will do.Dont drop it in the oil filled drip tray,can be a bu!!er to find.Then again just find another rusty washer.

Hi I machined my top yoke, then moved the holes to fit Fat Bar Clamps from renthal, positions the bar slightly over the axis, i will later post photos for you.

Cant see what your problem is with Honda Pants as all my dealings with the guy have been more than good.So leave leave the old boy alone, it could be the truth hurts in this case!

Can i fit just nylon bushes on the swinging arm rather than using needle rollers, also whats the best combination for spockets as i have a 39 on the back at the moment , both sprockets and chain are us, so going to buy new. Ive converted the top yoke using my fat bar clamps, with a bit of milling and drilling on the machines at work, the bars are now further over the axis about 10mm. going to have a look at changing the chain tensioner next been told to use a beta tensioner is that correctl.

Can anyone give me the measurement of the shock length for a 240 pro, also whats the best shock between the falcon and rockshocks. Also how can i find out what year my bike is!

Could be fuel starvation or a leak in the carb manifold.

This might sound daft but i had this with my 4rt,i adjusted the tick over up by the screw under the seat unit anti clockwise seemed to make a world of difference.Give it ago see what happens.

My brake pedal bent during a trial, found a replacement from H&D these seem to tuck under the casing quite nicely has anyone used these before. please let me know how you got on with yours!
