So we kick off again this weekend in Germany. Am guessing not many expecting to see Toni Bou overhauled this year, so 1st place is pretty much a given I expect. But what and who do we think from 2nd down? these places consist currently of very well established riders with all of the major players (2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th places) bar Fajardo having been on the WTC scene for 12+ years now so - Will anything major change in 2011? Will one of the Brits get amongst Raga, Fuji, Fajardo and Cabestany? Will there be any mega stars emerging in 2011?? I personally think Pol Tarres will go big this year Will anyone other than Bou even win a round in 2011? Heres hoping for a good y…

Head. 1 - Bou 2 - Raga 3 - Fuji 4 - Cabestany 5 - Lampkin 6 - Fajardo 7 - Dibs Heart 1 - Lampkin 2 - Dibs 3 - Brown. Would be great if Doug managed to pull off that 100th win, unlikely but you never know. Doug generally starts the WTC strong and with it being two days and a relatively 'home' fixture in Northern Ireland.

I was just reading the Todotrial website and noticed that Alfredo Gomez, (new World Youth Champion of course ) got a hero's welcome at the airport when he arrived home. He got an audience with the Mayor and let out on the balcony to crack open a bottle of bubbly (F1 Style) in front of his adorning fans gathered outside. Fair play to the guy! It must be something to be a world champion and get that kind of treatment.. Similar to what happens over here I bet

Four weeks tomorrow will see the eagerly awaited start to the 2007 World Outdoor Trials Championship in Mancha Real in Andulacia, Spain. Me and DJ Denzil are making the trip to cheer on Doug, Dibs, Browny, Wiggy and the rest of the GB lads. Is there anyone else making the trip. No doubt the usual suspects will be up for a few Cerveza's and a plate of olives anyone else is always welcome to join in.

I am planning to travel to Hawkstone Park this July for the World Outdoor Round being held there.I need to arrange flights/accommodation/car hire but seeing as the indoor calender has already changed I was wondering how reliable the outdoor calender is or has been in the past.I don't fancy booking everything only to find the date has changed. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Surely they will not place this outdoor No Stop madness ruling on indoor stadium trials? If they did then I cant imagine an indoor trial with no stopping allowed. The indoor sections would be dramatically different than today. If they apply the no stop ruling to indoor trials then I can see a dramatic shift back ot the way things used to be when stadium trials became popular. There was riders who proved to be good stadium trick riders and those who rode better outdoors in natural terrain. How can a rider hone his razor sharp indoor trick skills for hop and bop indoor and then change mind set for no hop and bop outdoor trial? An indoor trial on a Wednesday night an…

Had a cracking day at the world round, never been able to go before but to be able to see those guys up close is amazing. The sections looked good, hard enough so even the top guys were dropping marks but you could se the talent there. The observer on the last section was getting some stick on lap 1 for 5ing everyone, but he seemed to have relaxed a little on laps 2 & 3. Thanks to all the promoters, site staff, observers etc for a job well done.

The following has been reported on the Indoor Trials Official website for Marseille. 'Dougie Lampkin (Repsol Montesa-HRC) has not even finished first lap after a big crash in section five. Due to the impact he has suffered several contusions.' Does anyone have any further news, how serious is the injury?

So Dynamite Bou has lost again to arch rival Adam Raga, this time in the Spanish Championship held on 24th June 2007. So has Raga proven in consecutive outdoor competitions that Bou can be beaten, which may prove an advantage before this coming weekends WTC Round in Italy or will Bou simply bounce back and show it was just a minor hiccup in his quest for his first outdoor WTC crown, to match his indoor one.
