Probably like a lot of other people I'm sick to death of receiving junk mail through the post for loans, insurance, you name it. Apart from writing I'm not interested return to sender on it, does anyone have any novel ways of dealing with this annoying and environmentally unfriendly practice.

Motocross Training Video

My partner has been off work for nearly 3 months with what her doctor prescribed originally as tennis elbow. He changed his mind a few weeks ago and has gone back to tennis elbow now. She has been told to rest it. It feels exactly the same today as it did 3 months ago. It is a RSI complaint that was brought on at work. Has anybody had similar or had an op for it? I had tennis elbow a couple of years ago and I think it cleared in a couple of weeks. Thanks

As been as i got the last "user names post" wiped off i'm re-posting what i messed up!!! How do people pick their user names?? and what are their reasons for some of the more wierd ones???? sorry to whoever posted this first. I had to think of a new name because somebody already had a very similar one, so i thought of one that was more trials related that nobody else whould have thought of.... Previously rockhopper!!!

How about a nice game of Global Thermonuclear War? I'm not much of a PC gamer but this is brilliant, exciting and totally horrific at the same time (the soundtrack is particuarly disturbing). The demo is fully featured but restricts the number of players (and it's only a tenner for the full version anyway). Tic-Tac-Toe anyone?

I see it this way: Lucifer was symbolic of a rebelious teenager that didn't like the old fart (Gods) rules. Now thinking of Heaven vs. Hell, I think I would give Hell serious consideration: Lets face it, its warmer in Hell, the music is better, (they get all the good bands) and the hot women.
