I've just bought a 1983 yz80 to restore and i've been trying to find a couple of good pics but can't find any??? Its the red and white bike not the yellow and black one they had in the U.S.!! White plastics with a red seat and black rad scoop and gold rims... someone must have a pic??

just got a yz125 for playing on. when you ran it up on the spot it would bog a little like it needs cleaning out. so i cleaned the carb airbox new airfilter etc and went out 4 a little play. it was still doing the same thing sometimes it would run real clean for a little bit then bog up again. i slowed down to stop and it really did bog up then and just died and had to push it all the way back i think its fouled the plug but what would be the reason for this. im using motul fully synth 40:1 any ideas??? Got myself an AJS 250 Stormer and going to do some classic scrambles, anyone an expert on tips for reducing the clutch drag, my gearbox tends to crunch and the bike lurches forward when put into gear, not to bad when its warm it just annoys me. (have cleaned out inside cases and changed the oil) Also does anyone know the best way to check if the gear oil in my gearbox is R40, I think its R40 just not sure and would like to change it to an EP mineral, if it is R40 anyone got any tips to flush it out. Does anyone out there know what motocross bike Alan Lampkin rode in 1970, in 1969 he rode a BSA and in 1971 he rode Husqvarna, he rode a Bultaco in trials that year, but i am not sure what he rode in mx, also does anyone have any old British championship programmes from 1969 to 1971 with Alan in the entry list,

Glen Helen's back in the line up and looking as nasty as ever! Not the days of MC, Emig, Lusk, Henry ect dogging it out for the win but the second moto got pretty good at the end and the pass was crystal clean. Just received news that yesterday, American motocross hero Marty Moates apparently commited suicide. No details are known at this time. He was a USGP winner on a LOP Yamaha, and in the seventies was a contender in select european races on OSSA GP III machines. What a shame. I guess now Jimmy Pomeroy will have someone to practice with.

Recently read in tmx they held a trials event at Armthorpe m/p . I was wondering wether they allow us trials lads to use the area for practice ? Sat with everything crossed in anticipation of good news from you. Cheers Dave

Morning. I have a 104 Engine what is the missing push rod. I also have a 103 engine what is in bag's and tin's and found 2 push rod's thoe look to be different size. Unfortunately I have NO Part's Manuel for the Mark 6 thoe still looking to buy one. Could someone tell me the correct size for the rod. I need advice for correct SAE for the 104 engine/Clutch and fork Oil what is Not to Costly. Any Help Appreciated.

hi people ive just bought a second hand motoroma mrx 125 off a friend (its similat to a honda 125 fourstroke bike) and ive changed the main jet in the carb from a #95 to a #135 it starts up better than before and revs cleanly all i ant to know is will this jetting work im using the bike offroad for when im a bit tired of my beta?

hi all just bought my lad a 05 crf150 its been sat for 6 month and only starts on choke dies when chokes off and when i give it gas anyone know a good mechanic in west midlands worcestershire hope you can help my lads bit down shame

hi all problem with crf just had full service and valves checked bike starts nice idles for around 2 minutes then cuts out on its own with a strange clank noise wich sounds like its coming from cam chain side sounds like top end sometimes when you rev it it cuts out with this noise aswell im just after advice before taking to a garrage and getting ripped off and charged a fortune already happened once and just not got the money please help lads all best

Dungey to KTM for 2 years

I’ve just dug my Montesa vr250 out for a blast, only to find the motorplat stator has failed! I have a box full of motorplat stators but they all have an arrow pointing anti-clockwise, the montesa runs clock-wise! (would it still be possible to still use one?) Failing that has anyone ever used Bradford ignitions for a repair?
