hi all problem with crf just had full service and valves checked bike starts nice idles for around 2 minutes then cuts out on its own with a strange clank noise wich sounds like its coming from cam chain side sounds like top end sometimes when you rev it it cuts out with this noise aswell im just after advice before taking to a garrage and getting ripped off and charged a fortune already happened once and just not got the money please help lads all best

my mate has a starting problem with his 2005 crf250. its very hard to get going hot or cold and seems to take alot of kicks to get it goin sometimes it just floods and you have to leave it for 10 mins or tilt the bike over. what could the probelem be ??float height maybe??

Hi, i have just bought a Suzuki RM50T 1980 twin shock mx bike to do up as a winter project . The bike in general is in outstanding condition for its year, but needs a seat cover. is anyone aware of where i can get such an item, i would be willing to buy a complete seat if one came up. cheers

So this years Outdoor Lites(250F) battle in the USA should be a good one! I'm sure there are some Ben Townley fans on this board right? What does everybody think? I'm sure that without any unfortunate injuries, this years Lites battle is going to be between the defending Champ Ryan Villopoto and 2004 MX2 World Champ Ben Townley. After seeing Ben hang with Ricky in the 2005 MX Des Nations I know that he is fast! Ben just won our East Coast Lites Supercross championship also. Morning. I have a 104 Engine what is the missing push rod. I also have a 103 engine what is in bag's and tin's and found 2 push rod's thoe look to be different size. Unfortunately I have NO Part's Manuel for the Mark 6 thoe still looking to buy one. Could someone tell me the correct size for the rod. I need advice for correct SAE for the 104 engine/Clutch and fork Oil what is Not to Costly. Any Help Appreciated.

just got a yz125 for playing on. when you ran it up on the spot it would bog a little like it needs cleaning out. so i cleaned the carb airbox new airfilter etc and went out 4 a little play. it was still doing the same thing sometimes it would run real clean for a little bit then bog up again. i slowed down to stop and it really did bog up then and just died and had to push it all the way back i think its fouled the plug but what would be the reason for this. im using motul fully synth 40:1 any ideas??? Does anyone out there know what motocross bike Alan Lampkin rode in 1970, in 1969 he rode a BSA and in 1971 he rode Husqvarna, he rode a Bultaco in trials that year, but i am not sure what he rode in mx, also does anyone have any old British championship programmes from 1969 to 1971 with Alan in the entry list,

hi all, just got a 1993 rm 250 to restore, i have just rebuilt the engine new bearing piston, ring and seals got it running and it runs really well ran it in like it says in the clymer manual, my problem is when it is warm it doesnt tick over properly it does for a little while then dies but starts ok, anyone any ideas, thanks mark
