Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) is pleased to announce that Dani Pedrosa will once again be a factory Honda rider in MotoGP for 2011 and 2012. The two-year deal extends Pedrosa's career-long relationship with Honda which has brought three world championships, 35 Grand Prix victories in all classes and 12 MotoGP wins - including victories at the last two races. Recent results show that Pedrosa and the Honda RC212V have evolved into one of the strongest combinations in MotoGP, and it is a partnership that both parties are determined will grow even stronger for the next two seasons. Tetsuo Suzuki, HRC President: "We are very pleased that Dani Pedrosa has re-signed to be a …

Must have been one of the best MotoGP races of all time to date. For those who missed the dice in the final laps of Yamaha team mates Rossi and Lorenzo was something I havent seen since 500 GP days. To see these guy swap the lead corner after corner in the final lap was simply amazing, and it could have ended in tears if one rider took the other out, real heart in the mouth stuff. The skill level went up a notch watching this, super-human skill pushing the bikes to the limits in 40degC something heat. Whats more is Rossi, Lorenzo and Stoner are on 106 points each in the championship, some competitive racing to come for the next 7 rounds! Who's your money one for this …

I've been following JT's progress in the winter tests and reckon a podium is definately on for this year. Bradly Smith has also been flying in the 125 class since he switched to the Aprilia and must be in with a shout of the title if he gets the luck. Any doom-mongers out there????

Winners are grinner's, well done Casey Stoner being the newly crowned 2007 MotoGP World Champion. Makes an Aussie proud to see another world champ in the record books and hopefully see a few more championships under his belt in the future. It wasnt an easy run to the finish, as he didnt seem to be happy with his setup during qualifying, but persisted on regardless for a result like no other. The race at Motegi was down to strategy from when to swap bikes and tyres selected etc made for a pretty exciting race I reckon for a close finish. I do take my hat off to Rossi for his persistence and trying to remain in the race with the problems he faced. Last round before at …

By the looks of it, Stoner is making this look easy, but watching the interviews it is just as much as a battle for setup and tyre choice as any other team. So for getting it right more times than the others and off pole, good on him. Also the best part is no one had previous track data for the change of track direction, which shows the win was even sweeter to skill with team input and not ass or familiarity from previous experience. To see another Aussie on the podium with him (Chris Vermullen) is great to see from my countries point of view, as 3 Aussie riders were in the top 10. Good form coming through. Is was still sad to see Rossi pull out due to bike failure,…
