OSET Bikes are appealing for witnesses or information after 45 of its 2017 bikes were stolen yesterday from a lorry park in Leicestershire. The incident happened between 1800 and 0500 on the night of the 25 October at Markfield Service Station J22 off the M1, while the driver completed an overnight rest break. The new 2017 bikes were being transported from the docks, having cleared customs, to the manufacturer’s warehouse facilities in the Midlands. From here they were due to be transported across the UK to the dealership network. This bike stolen on the night of Mon 2nd to Tues 3rd Jan 2017 from a lockup near Great Western Road, Aberdeen It is a Yamaha TY250R 1994 ‘Pinky’ model. The bike was stored in a transport crate with handlebars and front wheel removed. The transport crate was found smashed open and the bike had been removed. The bike had undergone a complete refurbishment resulting in this being an immaculate version of this machine. The restoration had been carried out by AG Brown of Richmond Yorkshire. Unfortunatly two bsa c15 trials bikes were stolen on friday 20th april from john garrods home garage in Scunthorpe.one is registered bvh455a black frame alloy tank. The second bike is another bsa c15 localy known as roys beeza built by the late Scunthorpe trials legend roy bateman this one is a real bitsa c15 engine montesa frame mz forks ty front wheel red tank black frame. sorry to say had my 340 stolen from the shed last night in the hebden bridge area, central pennines, between leeds and manchester. brief description 199b unrestored, bit rough but ok. aluminium tank with earlier decals, gold renthall bars with blue crossbrace. new dunlop803 front tyre, new irc tubless rear. both wheels having been rebuilt. weld repair to left hand downtube above the footrest bracket, not ground off, dellorto sticker on swing arm. please keep an eye out at practice ground etc. needless to say

Motorbike is a Sherco 2009 290cc and it was stolen from a van parked outside the gates of charltons (GUISBROUGH CLUB PRACTICE GROUND) on Wednesday 22nd of July late afternoon. The Sherco 'S' logo on the left hand side is half missing on the frame. The motorbike also has colinappleyard stickers on the frame and on the front headlight. A NAU silver/blue helmet was also stolen, the helmet has several RAW stickers including a pair of eyes just under the peak, the helmet also has a lot of scratches, the pin holding the peak in place on the left hand side is missing. stolen from high peak area, derbyshire. anywhere between buxton and manchester. i know its a very long shot, but back in 2002, my aprilia climber 280 and yamaha ty 250 were stolen from my garage. the yamaha turned up 2 years later 3 miles away. luckily with that one, it was john shirt's SSDT bike and had had J SHIRT stamped in all the places you couldnt imagine. with the aprilia though, it was a non runner, it had sucked an air box nut through and managed to completely destroy itself. it was distinctly marked, with nylon coated black forks and frame, plus the rear sub frame was a one off to suit that bike, after several snaps i decided a stronger sub was needed. the pl…
