Hello all, I am after some information about modifying the middle box on my Sherpa as I want to cut it open and repack it anyway. I have seen some mention of modifications to the middle box to improve the exhaust but no one has said what to do to them so if anyone knows could they post it on here. Photo`s would be nice. Also would anyone have the measurements and photo`s for a Comerfords/ Reg May rear engine mount for the 199B. The off season is almost here. The swingarm extension mods would be nice as well but I can work that out as I go. The engine in my 199B is a 151 engine. I just replaced the fork springs with some from Bultaco UK and the difference is unbelievable. …

: hello guys i have a 350 sherpa with a bing carb ,it has a pilot jet 35 was wondering if a 40 jet would improve the bike .the air screw is only 3/4 of a turn open and the plug tends to become black easily ,wondered what jets you guys are using ,also put in electronic ignition and the difference in pickup is unbelievable regards mur

hi all on the last bult i bought had a alloy tank looks in good shape apart from a littal crack in the top it had been filled with fibreglass. would it be ok to have it powerder coated?

hi all the bottom nut on the yokes the one that holds the bearings in anybody know what size c spanner id need to tighten it up? i know you can use a big screwdriver but ive just had the yokes painted. and dont want to damage it or the nut?

I recently got my dream bike a restored 1974 Sherpa T350 #92xx. I haven't had a Bultaco in 30 years so I'm a bit rusty on some things. First, the main problem is it wont start. I rebuilt the Amal 625 carb, all seems to be fine. I Checked the coil and grounding. No BIG blue spark but I could "FEEL" it. Before I attempt anymore checking I have a few questions. 1. How do you check the fluid levels? Is it if you can't see any fluid then it needs some. 2. There seems …

ok, I haven't but hopefully the title will have caught the eye of Andy or one of the administrators. Hi Guys Can anyone help or advise with my non running sherpa 350 199***** It used to start up 4/5 kick and run ok. I was out on it at the weekend and it started to run rougth. I thought it was running out of petrol so went for res but made no diffrence. It then would not tick over and stalled three times on the way home finally giving up all together, and had to be recovered. I thought it felt like fuel starvation so stripped the carb,cleaned it and blew out with air compressor and re built. Still wont fire, tried bumping down hill and still wont go. New plug with a nice bright white spark but no joy. Have re stripped carb fitted with new slide as there was a very sma…

hi all i know this is a supid question ive got a new poly tank for my 199A is there anyway off keeping the sticker on the tank with out them bubeling off? or would i just be wasting my time . and money?

hi all without going down to my shed. and checking whats the nut size on the front wheel spindel? is it 17mm oh sorry its on a sherpa 350 199A the nut with the flange. only reason im asking is i need one for anougher bult ill be restoring. ive seen a new one off a yamha ty 250 but thats 16mm cheers bondy

hi guys ive desided to have my fork legs powder coated my question is when i get my forks back from the spray shop im puting new seals in. if i heat the leg up to get the seals in will it do any damage to the paint? supid question i know but i dont want to damage the paint work affter paying
