Hi there, I have 2013 TR That is extremely hard to actually get kicker to move. I I have a 9 V system starts first/ second kick but 5 out of 10 starts I’m stomping on the kick start lever and still can’t get the lever to move. Hi, unlike Bultaco I can't find any books on Ossa's, I'm mainly looking for info on the Mar range, so if you know of anything (in or out of print) I would be greatful if you could let me know the title or ISBN number. Cheers in anticipation ! NB.

  8. I'm restoring a TR77 from a box of bits and after cleaning up the crankcases I found cracks on both sides where the cylinder studs go in. Is this a common problem or have the studs been tightened up by a Gorilla with a 10 foot long wrench? Work to do :-(

1974 OSSA MAR 250. What is the recommended spark plug gap?

  11. Started by biffco,

I have just found out that where I thought I had a 250 MAR, it is in fact a 350. Last year I brought a new Minuki carb for the bike but spec'ed for a 250. What jets and setting should I change too?? i have noticed the bike has a low down flat spot , so hopefully this is the reason why?!

Anyone know what TPS the OSSA uses? It is only sold with throttle body- might be nice to have another for spare and testing. Mark

Hi think i found a clear protector for my carbon termignoni the sides were wearing and turning grey. I bought this stuff about fifteen years ago and still had it laying around so i tryed a small spot first a light scuff with 300 grit. Then brushed it on let it dry over night wow you couldn't tell it was worn. The heat dosnt bother it leaves a hard finish. If and when it wears add another coat. ?

As above. Has any body removed or knows how this sensor is attached. I think mine is very lightly weeping and don't want to damage anything to sort this out. Thank you.

2015 Explorer. I’ve seen several Explorers that had the rear fender mount areas broken- there the huge handrail is mounted. I take those off anyway, since they get in the way when getting weight wayback. So I designed some bushings that will fill the broken sections and press against good part of the fender. This allows easy firm mounting of fender without grabrail, especially if the parts are broken.
