    Advice

I got a small framed GT palomar with all the gears on it. I've done a bit of trials, jump, cross-country and road on it. Not brilliant for trials but I can do every type of sport on it to a certain degree.
  4. understand need for mudflaps but why clear?
  5. thought so and its a small car. Just a thought as it would be my mum driving and reversing be easier with a bike rack. As for weight Betas seems heavier when lifting on to stand. Bikespace the picture would be cool to see.
  6. I guess this is asking a bit much for a Rover 200 but would buy any chance it be able to take a 2002 Beta 250 and a TY80. Read on a recent post about a rack Bernie Schreiber had for a corvette which was for two bikes.
  7. Been wearing Diadoras for 2 years now. There the old ones like the formas. Been waterproof until recently and they don't get maintained very well just left with mud on and clean and dubbed about 10 times a year.
  8. saw program off there after finished here

  13. i had the stock ones on my beta for a year and a bit but then flipped it all the weight landing on one end of the handlebars. This bent them and i finished the trial but then replaced them with renthals.

what colour scheme for your new bike marky boy not that horrible yellow and grey
  15. Depends where i'm riding. My main club launceston i ride blue which is second from hardest out of 4 routes (intermediate) the hardest route probably easiest route up country. Devenport rode easiest out of three (yellow) but if it had been dry maybe a route up. ACU event Torridge rode easiest route of two (yellow) so it depends where i'm riding.
  16. more less spectator rounds so i have a chance of seeing one.
  17. I use a lowepro camera case and the belt buckle straps around my bar pad. Fine for going accross fields but no good over any bumps. it carrys spare AA batterys camera (
  18. i use putoline oil. u don't get the filter back to its orignal colour but after cleaning it goes a paler blue. i use silkolene cleaner because i would have had to wait for the putoline
  19. I use pro-clean great stuff got it with my beta and can buy it locally. Water displacement stuff is called pro-care and i use this to. think its like wd40. Take the worst off with a hose with pressure end and sponge or brush.
  20. yea they did use it in the paris to dakar. wouldn't be fwd it would be twd (only 2 wheels on a motorbike not 4)
  21. I signed on with torridge club and now got to send my ACU form off. It was a brilliant trial very slippery though. John sabotig has a website for his trials holidays held here. http://www.hf-trialsholidays.co.uk
