Hi Guys, I have a 2014 Evo and you will not be surprised to hear that the Decals are starting to fall off. I don't really want to refit standard decals as I guess they will all drop off again, any suggestions as to what make to replace them with ? Hi, I went to this trial 2 years ago and it is quite a reasonable event but as already said you will need a hire car or bike to get up the hill. Loads of hotels to choose from, not too expensive. I flew to Perpignan and picked up a car there, all very straight forward. Enjoy the event

Hi guys. I have been fabricating an alloy airbox and got to the point where it needs to be welded together. I have seen that alloy brazing rods are available but am wondering if anyone has used them, good or bad ? any suggestions ? or shall i have it TIG'ed ? Looking forward to hearing from you Stormy

I always enjoy JS Jnrs Gas Gas updates and was interested to read his comment about the WC riders are disillusioned and there will maybe only 10 riders next year. Would Jnr like to elaborate or can anyone else shed some light on this subject ? Stormy

Apart from the legal issues (and I am not qualified to answer that) the main point is will you have enough articulation ? Basically you will need a very long snout on the trailer otherwise the bike on the trailer could come round onto the bike onto the rack. I have had 1 on a rack and 3 on a trailer and a bobbie who was also a trials rider said it wasn't legal although he didn't go into details

Does anyone know if there are suppliers of Fantic riding shirts ? Back in the day I think I had a blue one with the Fantic logo in red ? well it was something like that and certainly wasn't white. Any suggestions ?

Interestd to know how you can register a new bike with out taxing it and to tax it you must have insurance. Am I the only one who is confused ?

I have just been through the painfull process of registering a bike myself and can confirm that MSM were very helpfull along with GG UK who also helped a lot. One thing I learnt is to tick the exempt from Type approval box on the second page of the V55 it could save you a lot of pain

We have just bought a 200 Fantic, seems really fluffy of the bottom end. Cleaned the carb and upped the needle but it didnt really make any difference. Probably all worn so am quite happy to replace but what is the best carb and jetting to go for ? Also does anyone know haw to age the bike from the frame / engine number and is there anyone in the UK that will write a letter to the DVLA to help get an age related plate ? Thanks

Just before you go to the trouble and expense of replacing the pads have you done the water trick ? Get the brakes up to temp (hot) and then wash of with clean water, do this a few times and you will probably find they are OK.

I have tried Caustic soda with little or no success. The best way that I have found is White Spirit, allow it to soak for several hours, drain off the excess, stand well back and let it burn, dont worry it will soon burn itself out, then have a good tap and scrape and a lot of the carbon will come out. It worked for me.

Considering a new machine and already decided that a 250 pro is the bike but should I go for a Raga or the standard 250 ?
