I Have the same bike myself. 1. Change the plug. No change:- 2. Rev it up high for a few seconds. No change:- 3. Buy a Dellorto Carb kit (that covers the PHBL26). Get the Carb out. Strip it down and clean it ALL out with compressed air. Replace all the gaskets and o-rings you can identify. Handle the float and float needle with care. Do not bend the metal alignment stops on the float. If the Carb is currently oily/dirty outside you may also be having problems with the float needle. But try the above first, as it's just going to have to be a process of elimination. Best of balance. Neo
