If you want better positioned footpegs, the hangers of the 2016 models are positioned 5 mm further back and lower.

I've had the same problem. I had to file a bit of the back of the footrest were they touch the hanger. It's also possible that the corners of the back of the footrest, touch the inside corners of the hangers. Here you can file a bit of the corners of the hangers.

Some riders prefer the Tech fork and R16V shock of the standard Cota. The guy from TRP even told me they "copied" his suspension because it had the same characteristics.. The factory team is sponsored by Repsol so it's only normal that Bou's bike is in those colors. Who knows, maybe next years "Repsol" will have the same upgrades as the 300RR. Also seems like they finally got rid of the heavy steel fuel tank base and replaced it with an aluminium one.

It looks awesome! I got tired of waiting a few years for a serious upgrade so I bought my 2015 Repsol in January. And what do you know, 6 months later they bring out this 300RR... Ow Bugger!

Maybe the welding warped or damaged the bore of the cylinder or blocked the tiny holes between the reservoir and the bore? Or maybe you just need a new repair kit? You need a new circlip anyway. And are you sure the ring belongs there? Can't remember ever seeing one in that place.
