Its a great trial, which was unfortunately cancelled last year thanks to DEFRA and the SPS. Even has a pub stop half way round.

A bit shame Laia has had to retire and I hope she gets well soon. A heard rumour sometime ago that James Lampkin stopped going practising with Laia, because she was so good.

I will be going, but I've still got a UEFA Cup Final, a week in Germany for the World Cup and the Polish WTC beforehand. Its going to be one busy and exicting Summer!

Hopefully Laia will go onto silence the critics, who post in these forums, by proving her skill is not all down to having the might of Montesa HRC behind her.

I had 4 315's and they were all superb bikes and outstanding build Quality.

didn't get an entry for the reeth 3 day. Whether anyhting will come out of being on the reserve list I don't know, as it is such a great trial I cannot imagine many dropping out.

Hopefully (fingers crossed) by Friday morning the grin will be back 10 fold.

Its all gone a bit pear shaped for Scorpa. I always thought Friexa went to Scorpa to promote their 4T due to his experience on the 4RT. If he couldn't perform on the 2 stroke you couldn't expect him to set the world on fire on a 4 stroke. So Scorpa are left with Taddy and the Beta team or teams look strong across all classes.

After riding my 4RT for the first time yesterday I'm going to have to try to stop grinning. People may think I'm on Prozac or something else.

Its a shame that Freixa surprise switch from Scorpa to Beta has been overshadowed by my return back to the fold after two years in the wilderness. Viva Montesa.

Its not down to luck but cheap airfares to Europe, a bit of forward planning. Europe is a lot more reasonably priced than UK for drinking, eating out and accomodation. After having such a great time in Nigran. The unofficial Trials Central Party Machine rols into Eastern Europe for the Polish Round of the WTC. Leaving UK on Friday 7th July 2006 and returning on the Monday. Whilst the trip schedule has yet to be finalised, the Sunday should be one hell of a day. Not only will we get to watch Doug and the British boys in action but at 20.00 hours the World Cup Final kicks off. Imagine if England were playing. (Dabster - I will definetly have to stay up later than 21.00 that night). The numbers of our party have increased from 3 to 4 with a few more possibles.

Dabster, did you manage to get up to the sections early week to see the post trials practice sessions? PS and is it still dark at 8.30am?
