Can't fault candy wheels, did a brilliant job on my wheels. Think it's about a week turnaround for the rims, not sure for rims, hubs and spokes tho!

Didn't think about water in the engine because the gear box oil is clear. However i have been in a few stream's and the bike is jet washed regularly. If there is water in the engine is this easy to sort? Spud, if your gear box oil is clear then i would'nt have thought there is water in the system and because the oil lubricates main bearing, you would hear bearing running rough. As for gaskets, had both go on a 05. I'v fitted a new clutch case gasket and it still leaked! Just make sure you don't overfill oil. Book says 550ml, it's wrong! 450ml is more than enough. Gasgas make three different thickness of base gaskets, fit the thickest one.

Heard last month that there would be 20 bikes arriving before xmas/end of year and every beta dealer would get one. Heard today that it might be out as a 2008 bike!! So that suggests august/september. But please do not qoute me on this

Well, did anyone buy one? Only 4 came into the country! Managed to bag a shot of Highland Leisure Sport's one today Points i noted, 1. Started with 1 or 2 kicks. 2. Feels realy smooth. 3. Not as much engine braking as a 4rt. 4. More engine noises than the mont. 5. Less exhaust noise than the honda. 6. Rideing position feels the same as the rev3 But it still won't beat a 2 stroke Gasser!!!!

It also mentions EFI in the same sentance as 400cc!?

Nice one bud, bike looks tiny compared to previous models! Some nice touches too. Wonder is it capable of a 360 degree sumersault, without rider, like the 07 gasser last weekend!!

There has been a big issue this year regarding observers for the club championship rounds at I.D.M.C.C. So at the beginning of the season every member had to sign a form saying they would observe one round of the club championship. Does seem a bit odd that your willing to observe and not being allowed that option. Best bet would be to turn up, explain your situation and i'm sure there would be no problem with you observing. I.D.M.C.C. member.
