  1. Hi, got a silver engine 250, it's just been rebuilt, it wouldn't start, changed the plug and it ran fine, but now it will start but cut out then start straight away. Carbs been cleaned twice. Any ideas? Cheers

  7. Hi, I run that same sprocket set up on mine, I used to have a flywheel weight which helped! Makes it harder to stall too.
  8. Brought one Saturday, sounds strange but sits higher on your head then other helmets, its light and comfortable. I brought it as liked the shape and the price. Now to work out how to remove the lining to wash it haha
  9. Exman that's exactly what I need to do!! Cheers :-) found a carbon header guard but was unsure how it fits. Regarding carb, I striped it down and cleaned it out. Maybe needs rejetting or something
  10. Hi all, brought a 06 sy250. Runs sweet but is sluggish when opening throttle up hills, has a slow action throttle and a adjuster near the throttle housing, maybe wrong cable? Also has anybody heat wrapped the header pipe? Burnt my wrist on the pipe as I tried finding neutral with my hand. Cheers

  13. Saw gravity's bike yesterday. Lovely original condition!!! Gravity you just need a new rear tyre and to stand up more, but in all fairness that was one wet muddy trial!!!!
