Guys took my 04 315R out at the weekend, and noticed a bit of a rattle coming from the clutch case area... Only noticed it as I was doing some slow work on the bike... Is this a common thing, or could it be something more serious, that I should be looking at instead of surfing this forum!? Cheers - Boner.

Hi, my lads TXT 50 sometimes, has a bit of a sh*t fit and the revs either stick rather than drop off when the throttle is released - or sometimes even increse to the point where the bike's screaming (this usually happens after my lad falls off and the bike's on its side). Any ideas what could be causing this, and what a suitable fix would be? Cheers - Boner.

Re: What year? Check the frame number on the headstock - believe the last digits indicate the tear - 01 / 02 /03 etc. As for a silencer - I'd keep half an eye on flea bay, and give BVM Moto a call: 01453 762167. Cheers - Boner.

Guys, have brought a sheet of clear Technosel (from BVM) to cover a few areas on my Mont. I'm looking to put it on my clutch & ignition covers & frame - to prevent boot scuff. Has anyone got any tips or tricks to applying it to curved surfaces, without getting any wrinkles or air bubbles? Cheers - matt.

Read all that and still not too sure what to do! I'm running a Mont 315 & a Gaser TXT50 - and want the Castrol R smell - but not the gunking problems... Currently use Castrol TTS, which is fully synthetic - but really want that R smell ... what should I do to get it? Cheers - Boner.

Here we go... love it or hate it? I'm currently running Castrol TTS but was told that a teaspoonful of Castrol R in the mix will give you the classic 2 stroke smell, without the associated running problems. I'm off to make the woodlands smell nicer... Boner.
