I never thought of removing the whole clutch! this would have saved me hours with a magnet! I no, im a ****! anyway i will keep this in mind for the next time! Cheers, sean

i had the same problem with my 03 125 gasgas. i stuffed the gearbox all arond with kitchen towel and cut a slot with a junior hacksaw then got a flat bladed screwdriver that fitted pricisely and put alot of body weight on the end of the screwdriver. if i still couldnt undo them i put some anti clockwise on the head and tapped then end of the screwdriver with a hammer repeatedly then went back to body weight they came out fairley easy but take ur time! i then got a powerful magnet and moved it overn the tissue and all over the clutch just hovering so it did not stick to the clutch and surroundings! then ordered a set of the later star heads that are much stronger and do not strip! hope this helps you out! trevor dibnah is the main guy who is the chairman i think. really friendly guy! they are all very willing to help with anything they can! when my cluth fell of the motor! lol at my second trial a guy went to lend me his new beta 250 that he had just bought and was in the back of his van!! Hi i ride a gasgas 03 125! and i ride at surrey school boys! no my dad doesnot have a clue about bikes and does not really have an interest in them at all! (he hasnt lived! lol) but i have learnt all about bikes with my uncle so can do work myself! which is all part of the fun anyway, rite? cheers sean

i dont really no what that is but im guessung that is vintage? i dont no if you guys no jamsport in wrecclesham but there is a tiny vintage bike shopon the same road called rocker box you may be able to get one in there! hope this helps! cheers sean

when i got my gasser 125 about six months ago no one had done a thing to itso i thought i better change the coolant to make sure it didnt freeze in the winter! i bought rock oil kool it is premixed with anti freeze in it! If i remember correctly when you take the cap off there is a minimum and maximum line or i just filled it up to where it was before i drained it! Hi all i am new to the world of trials and i have just bought gas gas txt pro 03 125. i was wondering about theft insurance. is it covered by your home insurance? or is there somewhere i can get it from? Any help would be much appreciated ! Cheers!

soz forgot to say they had some sort of tire lube on it that dried out to leave the tire grippy so it wouldnt creep!

When i put my bike to have some work i asked the shop to re-seat my tire cause it had slipped off the rim on one side. when i got the bike they said the tire was at 80psi with no trouble they said leave it at that pressure till the next trial to have a better chance of stayin on the rim when i ride it next! 80psi must be fine they no there stuff and have been doing this stuff for years! hope this helps! Hi! that happened to me on my gasser.You could try +throwing water on them and then riding round with the brake on to get it hot. you may need to do this several to see if it makes a difference. other than that you will need a new set of pads and clean the disc really well with a clean rag and bit of brake fluid. it only takes a tiny bit of silocone based oil to ruin a ggod set of pads! they are absorbent and it is nigh on impossible to get it out of the pads!
