  1. Hi all I have just recently purchased a brand knew 2006 gasgas 125 which was super cheap! Iam buying it off a well trusted bike shop owner in my local club and he said he will prep it for me and I am going to pick iyt up this weekend! I was just wondering what you gasgas guys do to your bikes when you first get them apart from the rear suspension? From what I have heard when a dealer says they will prep it for you they usually just threaten the swing arm and stuff with grease and so I have been told the first thing i should do is grease the swing arm! iS THIS REALLY NESSESSARY! (******* caps lock) Cheers sean

  5. In my opinion it has to steve colley! I have never met him but he sounds like a great bloke and his trick riding is amazing! I am not old eniough to have seen eddy lejeune ride in his prime but I would vote him a close second because of that '86 kickstart posted a while ago because of his shades!lol
  6. Yer I was gonna say alot of that stuff must be illegal let alon e dangerous to the public like when they wheelied past that kid and his dad! However it does look really cool and fun being able to ride street but I dont know how they get away with it!

  8. Hi I have A 2003 GAS GAS TXT PRO 125 and have had to loads of little bits to it which have mounted up to quite a bit of cash as well as new clutch, but thats all because it is an older bike and in the change over from txt's to pro's and now that everything is sorted aslong as i kepp it maintained it is great! I would definately get another gasser because from I have heard I heard the new machines are pretty dam sorted I know about eight people in our club with gassers the earliest being 2004 and none of them have had any problems! One of them is on a 2006 gasgas 125 racing with the magnesium swing arm and he has had no problems with it and he rides the expert route. aslong as the suspension is set for your weight and what your going to be riding over there should be no problems! however there are always going to be a lesser quality item leaving thye production line that has slipped through cheers for now sean
  9. yer i saw that! made me giggle!lol When he was doing the wheelies at the start the poor guy just couldnt get it up!lol
  10. They look the same as what our club use every trial! they are good, easy to see and when they get run over you just straiten them up and stick them back in the ground! I dont know where our club gets them from but we have tons of them in 4 colours! They could never afford them at that price though! because you need so many! but if your using them for practice they would be great! cheers sean
  11. Surely it cant be #7)Vintage wine. From what i have heard on here, the wine wouldn't be around long enough to become vintage in your hands, would it?lol anyway I would have to go with #10) Photography of Landscapes and buildings. 25. I have heard that the gas gas's are renouned for leaking tanks! in 2004 my mate bought a brand new 125 txt pro and the tank leaked from new! gas gas replaced it though! my 2003 125 txt pro had had its tank repaired from when i bought it with some kind of car body filler!lol it held up ok for a while but then when i got home after atrial noticed the garage stunk of petrol (even more than usual!) and found out the repair had split! after cleaning the filler off i found a series of little splits! so i ran cold water through the tank for 1/2 hour and got it welded by an ally welder, he drilled the ends of the split to stop it growing and welded it! he then pressure tested it to a couple of pounds with water in it andd there were no leaks so job done! it has held up great and i havent had any problems since! hope this helps you out a little! Cheers sean P.S sorry for the essay!
