  1. Andy here's a link that may help. http://www.rentarvnow.com/Tennessee-RV-Rentals.htm It looks like they have an office in chattanooga.

  3. I bent a radiator on a 2001 WR250F on it's maiden voyage. It cracked on the top tank where the flues attach. I cleaned it, sanded, then heated it and applied "Epoxo88". I sold it three years later still holding. It was in last summer for a tune up and STILL HOLDING. I also reccomend "Marine Tex" for aluminum case repair.

  5. If the iceman isn't lane, nah...it's......just some goober screwing with us. He's too Lane, too perfect!
  6. The hydraulic clutch helps. There is a set of GYTR inner and outer pressure plates that have little oil scoop holes to help cool the clutch. The outer pressure plate picks up the oil and delivers it through passages in the inner boss to the plates. It works well. It can also reduce that dry clutch shuddering sound, under heavy use.
  7. I always like to have two of any tool I use frequently. If you have only one you will lose it. If you have two, you will never lose either, and the spare will gather dust. Damn insurance costs.
  8. I'm strongly for Robin Williams plan! He neglected to offer Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt to other countries for charity. They would be happy to use their money for work abroad and maybe they can raise money from some of their hollywood friends.
  9. City Trials, Is it just me or were the other riders fading badly towards the end of the race? I thought the trials guys seemed like they didn't fade as bad.
  10. No offense taken Pete! We can argue and posture all we want, we don't make the decision one way or another. I sincerely thank all the boys in uniform for their sacrifice for my family. My mother and grandparents lived in London during WW2. She would describe the fear associated when they heard a "Doodlebug". I can't imagine living in a war zone, and don't want to. I don't belive in sitting on your a*** and blaming someone else for your inaction. It is possible (I know it is a stretch) that the milatary actions taken now, will be shown in the future to have been pivotal in bringing the middle east back into the twenty first century. Was it Carter that allowed the slip backwards to start? Man I hope not! My son is in the Navy. The carrier he is on is frequently in the middle east. He is obviously not on the ground like the Army. Wow, a whole new level of worry. My heart goes out to all who grieve.
  11. It's so good of you to take care of us. We just can't control ourselves! All of america is in your debt.
  12. Who would be crazy enough to think you could stop the mass production of terrorists, while giving the chance for two countries to attempt government by the people, while removing perceived threats in an ever changing battlefield. I agree with you! the US should take your advice and protect our own shores. Its our DUTY as the human species to meddle and screw things up! Everyone thinks they know best..........thats why we're here!
  13. That looked pretty good! I guess I'm thinking "Enduro"cross not "Trials"cross. Its good that the promoters change it up. The water turn looked good It is so cool that the trials group are finishing well. No small feat. Remember promoting is about selling; Tickets, Advertising, Products. No compettion = No sale. For the manufacturers to support there has to be something in it for them, they are willing to pay for it. I hope the promoters are able to keep it challenging without succombing to the manufacturers.
  14. His foot is pushing on at least two attempts to clear the rock. That is clear on the video. If it's a rule is it harsh? Or is it still impressive enough to watch you just don't want to give them a point? It looked like one foot on the ground and hopping up and one foot touching again to me. Thats a two!
  15. What would be a huge supply of Sherco copy Xispa's? 10k.....20k? Maybe ......100k!!?? Sherco should defend their patented bits and get on with obsoleting their current design. You are either leading or following. Boo Hoo! The big bad company used a vine and a rock, tied to a yak to beat us at our own game. And in the process earned the right to a years supply of rice for the village! WOO HOO!
  16. Congratulations Iris! Let no one diminish your win. You Won!
  17. TimeShare in TN! You'll be giving up a couple of new bikes for that. I'm hoping to get away to the TTC this weekend as well.
  18. Chris, I seriously considered coming to the left coast for the youth event. Aaron would love to come out to ride. I had several commitments around the same time. Hopefully next year! Maybe Aaron will grow a little between now and then.
  19. I have both and use both. I prefer Helicoils. The Time Sert is easily uncrewed when removing a fastener. The Helicoil will stay in place. Also the design of the helicoil allows it to "Press into" the parent metal reducing the chance of stripping, and making it much stronger than the original threads. The Time sert pulls against the threads you have cut, just as the original did. Both have their place and can be used successfully.
  20. Ring free works in two cycle and four cycle engines. It will also clean out the exhaust. Be aware the exhaust will get VERY HOT while the carbon is burning out. This product was developed by Chevron, I believe their name is Techrilene. I would not use more than 1/2 an ounce per gallon in a trials bike. 2 ounces is what is recomended for treatment. I know of street bike exhausts that have burned out internal baffles at that mixture. So..... aluminum muffler with supply of oil in fiberglas packing.......cherynoble! It works really well. But be careful what you wish for!
  21. Dave, I don't have a manual on that bike. But most of the shock pressures listed where in the 143 psi range. I would put at least 175 psi, and with stock valving 225 would be a good. Sorry I could'nt be exact.
  22. That looked great! Aaron and I wanted to be there.
  23. The rear resevoir should have between 175 and 225 lbs of nitrogen pressure. The pressure in the shock maintains the compressible space for the volume the shock shaft displaces as it enters the shock body. If you don't run enough pressure the seal head will move in the shock body. The pressure keeps the seal head in place. Some shocks run an inner and outer clip so this can't happen. Your bike probably has KYB's and they use a pressed together two clip set up. You can use Air. The difference is the air will change pressure with heat, while the nitrogen will remain constant. You can buy a suspension pump from a bicycle shop so you can achieve the higher pressures easily and accurately. I didn't answer before because I didn't know the exact pressure. But I know it will have to be at least the pressures I have given. When i get back to the shop thursday I think I have a zuk manual, and can look it up for you.
  24. I would say to keep the wtc seperate from any national as well. There is only going to be one #1 in any sport. But if they don't participate they can't even be 15th. Thats what gives the type a's the desire to try harder. And until you throw them in they won't know. So if "They" can spank us on 1 2 5's doesn't that mean we need to learn how to ride those first? How can you get the most out of a 270 if you can't get the most out of a 125. I'll weedeat the red line.
