Those pictures just cost me a small fortune thanks i had to order the exhaust after seeing it again i,m new at trial so i really need one NOT. Allready had some of the Jitsie bits now i had to have the rest. Thanks Tombo ....

gearbox 300cc of SAE-90 clutch 200cc of SAE-10w40 or ATF manual says to use 190cc HIDROL-4 in the front forks if you can find it. PeterB will know for sure

Lee i,m sure those forks aren,t cheap and if you need them anyway it would sweeten the deal. I like my Section it,s a nice bike and this one really looks good ! paid 750 euro,s for mine but it needed work. I would make him an offer at 1000 euro,s these bikes are not very popular in Europe i think.

Great ! he is right epoxy will stick don,t worry be sure to use some cloves i diden,t took me an hour to get that nasty smelling stuff of my hands

you could try with some epoxy and fiber. Just sand the place you want to repair first and clean it very good before epoxy. I repaired an 911 exhaust with the stuff while on holiday and it,s still good and this was two years ago! and that exhaust gets very hot believe me. In the states they have a product called JB weld used to repair alu but i never found it in Europe.

that would explain the tire marks in the part and mine are white and look to be cut off short. Must be a 349 part cut to use the still available mud guard. ahhhh that explains it Tim i can see a shape clearing the exhaust but it,s a bit messy i,m sure Peter,s picture will help. Thanks Tim !

Took off the rear mudgaurd and found some problems there. Does anyone have a picture of the white part for me ? the part is warped badly because of the melting from the exhaust.
I can,t find this part anywhere for sale so i think i will have to repair this one.

great looking bike ! i think the 349 is the best looking of them all i love the tank on the 349 models. Is the framepart i made yellow in the picture stock or is it welded there for extra strength ? all other 349,s i,ve seen have a removable piece like the 348.

Peter i understand what you mean now will make the pictures for you ! but first i will do a few oil changes and just ride the bike to see what i need. If you are in a hurry i can take out the rear wheel and make the pictures no problem ofcourse.
