I think Team Gaffa fits pretty well and if you get in touch with the manufacturers there may be a tasty sponsorship deal in there, play to the jingoistic side of things, spent ages trying to get Fabreeze to sponsor a smelly hockey team. Thing is with the team name you want your main sponsor to be hanging that handle on there to get maximum exposure for them and you.

Dbf, give Lampkins a call and they'll sort you out with a new master cylinder. You would be as well putting new seals and pistons in the caliper at the same time. When rebleeding be patient it's a swine to get right and get good pressure

I think most of us understand the basic premise that the first guy through the sections is that, the first guy through. Lay the trials out and maybe have someone check some dodgy bits but the sections should not be ridden in their entirity until the trial starts.

Replies; well depends on what you're trying to achieve, there are ample clubs in Scotland who put on trials to suit all abilities, Bon Accord in the North East, Inverness and Lochaber further afield. It's up to you where you ride but there is plenty of choice

I get the impression it's way beyond that. Sorry DBF I'm NOT going to remove it, none of this breaks any rules and until that starts it stays. If nothing else it serves as a strong reminder to other people what happens when they pick up a wrong score and accept it. Doesn't matter how close you're mates are, they'll bitch like buggery if you sneak a few marks off him.

Looking at Thedbf's comments, I'd sorely be inclined to let it lie forget it and move on. If you're still not happy you can always change clubs!! It must be a pretty extreme case where you have to go down the road of banning people, can't remember seeing anyone banned in Scotland in the last 35 years....though I can think of a few that I quite like to see banned..
