  2. Foul language struck through...I'll have none of those obscenities ...(long story but we are losing our rink for 18 months basically to refurbish the plant and boards(8 weeks worth of work) just to stage the f3ckin European Champs in 2009 B*******!!!!! Oh yeah, I've heard of them.. ...Getting Brad Richards from Tampa was BIG, Modano needs someone else apart from Marty Turco to help him make that club a success.

  14. What the evil one says is spot on, try as many different bikes as you can and if you can get a decent test ride on the three you list do so. Find the one that you feel most comfortable on because to be honest there are very few honest trials riders who won't maintain their bike, so the standard will be pretty good, It's all about how you feel Montesa - don't know much, only rode a few but seemed smooth enough Sherco - Pogo stick with a quick temper if you're not careful, my old man had one. I do know a couple of blokes who reckon they are the doggies danglers Beta - A little biased but felt neutral and comfortable straight away ( I'm fat and aging rapidly as well - I'll say it before any of the other ******s on here do!!!) It really is down to how you feel on the bike Good luck and welcome to the madhouse
  15. From the front page it takes longer from when I hit the link into the forums to get into them than it does for the Front Page to load up, seriously, chances are it's more to do with my crap machine at home that she won't let me replace. The speeds are not really a problem, you wanted picky, that's picky, personally they're fine. If you want some really p*** poor numbers I'll tell you what it's like in here on our exciting windows NT operating platform...........
  16. Location: Nearer to God himself - Aberdeenshire Connection (home): 8MB BT Internet Speed: 2 secs for the front page. Forums around 5 seconds. (can be slower in the early evening, occasionally as much as 10 seconds)
  17. Heathens.......
  18. SCOTS...........we tends just to buy it, I can't comment of others though.
  19. Bicycle ones are no use whatsoever, a trials chain is the wrong pitch to grip in a cycle tool, the pins are too stiff to move with a cycle tool. If anyone has positive experience with one which type, I've gone through about half a dozen of the damn things
  20. Remember helping out in the park ferme one year 86 I think it was the Thursday and back then road race day (or should we call it Kinell's day now ) all day folk were coming back in with no knobbles left on their tyres, it was relatively warm but i wouldn't have said warm enough to delaminate tyres. It wasn't long after the intro of the Michelin X 1 but there were some knackered tyres that day, even came to the attention of the local constabulary. Personally turn em, mind you I don't get out often enough to worry about it too much!!
  21. Me...I'm as round as anyone would ever want
  22. Now this has hit us...the boy wonder (Can you still call them that at nearly 22) got a rather official looking letter from Whitehall the other day outlining that his details, ourdetails and his grand parents details were among those lost by the MOD. Should we find ourselves victims of Identity Fraud then we should contact a number and they'll help us through any situation we find ourselves in.....Like the rest of the MOD that'll be sorry, tough sh!t and f3ck off
  23. EASY..... Politicians Shoot the buggers and ask questions later... would be much easier to run the country with that threat over their heads...yes I need my bed too
  24. Instant protest...go on admit it Atom....
