  3. When i was riding the german championship 84-88 there was a guy from Clogne who had a TY 250 Mono with one off Eddy Lejuenes 360 Honda engines fitted,he called that bike Motofant.He still ownes the bike,but is not anymore in trials or motorbikes. Chrs:Mike
  4. The first Model in 1974(Model 434)in Yellow/White came with a steel tank,all others till the production ends came with alloy tanks. Chrs:Mike

    I think it is European Comunity law and that mean's between 16-18 he can ride a 125.Best think is ask your guy's from your federation.In our country the 16-18 are only allowed tho ride up to 125 in the german championship.In local or clubtrial they can ride what they want. Chrs:Mike
  7. Very easy. Drain the gearbox oil remove the kickstarter from the shaft Remove all bolts from the Clutchcase Remove the srews from the clutchbottomplate change the plates. Then reverse order together Put a new gasket between crankase and clutchcover. Chrs:Mike

  10. I had the problem with one of my TY's and it was a aftermarkt petkok.Fuel was coming but under power,uphill etc.it lost the power.I went mad,i changed everything and then back.and then i changed to a originla Yam petkok and it was okay. Chrs:Mike

The engine in the Pathfinder is a 175 Puch engine based on the ISDT and Motocrossengine.Best place to look is austria(ebay and jumbles)Or get in contact with Hartwig Kamerad from the 1st European Trialsmuseum in Ohlsdorf Austria.Hartwig got one of these bikes.We brought it in 1999 in bits from the IOM.   20. @TY 250 NL(Arie), we went last weekend to the Plonkers Trial(Eurocup)in Arnhem and there was also one of your countryman competing on a stornello(4speed)i think he rode a Enfield before.There was also a guy on a SWM framed Kawasaki.Nice Bike.I have a few friends in Italy they ride Stornellos.They have ridden the Manx 2 Day Classic and the Jersey 2 Day with these bikes.Very Competitiv.We also have a few here in Germany riding these little Guzzis. By the way are you coming to Baarlo on the 17th of October? Chrs:Mike
