Did your whole family get up from the dinner table in the middle of the meal, and run into the living room to watch, like mine did?
Bob, do you feel like a movie star this morning?
-
-
Disc, I bet your talking about the 50. The 80 is acually a 100 cc engine.
You almost don't notice the smaller wheels.
-
TFT, why does yer bike have the throttle on the left?
-
The MSR Raptor is one type. Chaparral has them.
Bob Ginder of B&J Racing has a different type also.

Been thinking about a conversation I had with a buddy at a Honda shop the other day. What's the consensus on the Montesa/Honda badged as a RTL available at Honda dealerships ? A snowball's chance?
-
I want to make sure to meet you and your boy. I'll be looking for the only Blue Rookie at TTC.
-
Well, are you ready for the Youth Nationals?
-
By just reading them, I'm afraid it's Wonderboy!
-
Nah, a new 4 stroke Honda!
-
So, Michelin in the US knows nothing about a 19" trials tire. They do however have 18" and 21". Uh, I think I was already aware of that since I have them on 3 bikes.
I still can't find the Michelin 19" front tire here. Anyone overseas have any idea where to get these. They are much better than the Cheng Shin that comes on the Beta Rev 50 and the Sherco 80 IMHO.

Ron Commo has it.

Nice article, but your right. Too bad he didn't send it to you first for a proof read.
-
Kevin, I bet your right. The exhaust is original. Hopefully I can get a Sammy Miller one soon.
-
My son's bike has a 19" Michelin tire on the front. I can't seem to find them here.
Are they avalible in the U.K.? BTW, the Cheng Shins just don't have a deep tread.

Was the 175 kit a factory mod I wonder?.......I would imagine the carb would also have to be changed too.
It could be that 175cc is too big of a step for the little yam lump, our friends across the water already have a 143cc kit which I presume goes ok...or am i wrong on that count?
mark
as for the ugly thing.....shame on you guys, bikes have hearts too ya know
Yep, the 143 goes good. Dustin Ginder (Bob's son) is doing a great job of testing it riding the Expert class. No, it's not a 2.9 or a 270 or a 300, but it's doing a fine job for a small displacement bike.

The TL seems to be getting too hot. What do you all think?
Timing too far retarded? Mix too lean?
BTW, it's old and wore out.
It gets so hot that it pings and touching the points cover will burn you.

Hey City, I got my Chicago Pizza in my fridge at home.
Boss went to Chicago!
