August 12, 201115 yr The immediate answer to this was done to a serious ankle injury picked up whilst riding. He was on crutches (not sure if he still is) hence he was unable to ride anywhere. Anything else is currently rumours - so I believe. There are obviously issues around the Sherco relationship and only one way/manufacturer for Wigg to go..... Have to wait till his fat @rse ankle gets better first though

August 12, 201115 yr I heard he had been approached by Carol Sandiford, to ride the new electric Mecatecno. Or that he'd been asked by NASA to join the shuttle programme. One of them MUST be true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 12, 201115 yr I think anyone who "knows" whats going on should get themselves down to Aston Tirrold aka seymours arena and see for themselves. Having been with Alexz this very afternoon regardless of his injury he has pledged to ride at the North Berks event even if he isn't 100% fit. This will be his first event since injuring his ankle some 3 weeks ago. Rest assured that wiggy will be giving it his best and is only too glad to support Stuart Robinson and his hard working team at this excellent event.
