I assume I'm not theonly one to receive the said mag from the ACU today, so what does everybody think?? looks pretty good to me, and it must have cost a fair bit to do the first issue free. what about the 29.95 subscription fee, reasonable??

I came across the following page recently with links to step by step tutorials on how to perform common maintenance tasks: http://www.motorcycle.com/mo/mcdirt/dirttech.html. Not trial-specific, but a Beta is used for a couple of the examples.

Have read social-climber's post ref; hydraulic conversions, but unfortunately, this is out of my price-range! What are these lightening devices like? any good? Assume it is geared internally? My fingers tend to cramp-up at the end of a long/strenuous section, and by the end i cant always pull the clutch in..... quite often with spectacular results!!! hopefully fitting one of these will alleviate this!

Got my wheels annodized this year and my only worry was that the rim tape had to be taken off. Put it back on, siliconed as usual, it was fine. But two months on air is pissin out the spokes. Ahhhhhh I'm sick of it and apart from getting a montesa type rim, which is out of the question, is there any other ways of sealing them succesfully? What about those ipone reparators that blast foam in and seal air leaks?

I need to know how to clean my chain up properly, I have taken it off ready to do but it has grit and chain lube all over it, as to be expected really... I have tried scrubbing with degreaser, WD40 and a toothbrush with no avail. Is there a special trick to it? Thanks in advance, Lloyd

Reading Dicko's page three rant today, [ clicky http://www.tmxnews.co.uk/ViewArticle2.aspx...rticleID=954966 He's spot on about nothing new, I see many posts on here how far advanced technically they are and the truth is it's mostly borrowed technology, China is next, companies send them all the technical information they need to make whatever because they can build it at a fraction of the price it can be made in Europe or the USA. All it is really doing is giving your jobs away and knowledge away because it's more profitable for some bugger to make another one or two billon they can't bloody spend anyway. It wasn't long ago the best products to come out of those cou…
