I was asked for details on how I built my dirt bike teeter totter, and more recently, my trials bike wheelie/holding pressure ramp....so I took some photos today before the rain resumed and posted a bunch up on my web site, for those that are curious and/or want to build their own stuff. You can find a link to the Obstacle Course page here: Purple Beast's Obstacle Course Enjoy!

Nobody seems to have mentioned it. Looked like a blast. Good to see the peeps out there having fun without their race-faces on.

I am taking a poll for US folk that may want this collectable well done item, as I shall only bring in the lot with enough orders confirmed with reliable folk. Payment via paypal, cash or check to me at verizon.net Expect a fee of $20 or $25 range depending upon postage, yet to be confirmed! I need a list to get a bulk order over here, probabaly min 20, so send me a email or PM for the list, or otherwise figure out the direct bank transfer crap from the SSDT website. No Idea why I volunteer for such postal boy crap, but hopefully you enjoy it! Please let me know!

Greeting, As the winter weather sets in, I would like to get a good winter jacket. Sizing seems to be hit or miss for buying on line (was quoted a Large as a 38" chest ??). Ideally I would like to try on before I buy. I live in North Wales but am travelling up to Livingston on Saturday 19th Sept so could take a "short" detour for the right shop. Any well known ones / suggestions? Rob

I would like to say a massive thankyou to Mike coat and the team at Waterside trials club for the effort that you put in to building the trials demo sections. we showed that there is more to trials than just keeping your feet up with an outstanding display how to collect maximum points on most of the sections! and thanks to Steve Saunders who made it all look so easy. If anyones got some pics lets have a look.

The lakes 2 day committee met on Monday 24th September and discussed the foot and mouth situation. It was agreed to leave the decision until the very last moment. The decesion whether or not to run will be taken on Saturday 29th and will be announced on Trials Central. We apologise to anyone who has to make travel arrangements but we want to give the event every chance to run, but the landowners have to be the priority. Thanks to all involved for your patience and understanding Mick Wren

There are pictures and the 4 minute Geoff Aaron video on this site - Denali Torq Atak / Hench . At 140lbs and totally silent, electric sounds like a killer idea...if it could be perfected.

Two of my lads turned up for the Brian Barnsley Memorial trial run by the Hamilton Motorcycle Club at Te Kauwhata last Sunday. They paid their fees, hired a 1965 Bultaco and had a terrific time in a super friendly atmosphere. They say that it sounded as though half of Yorkshire was there, judging from the accents. They send their thanks to all the guys they met. Here are a couple of their photos.

I'm taking a trip over to Fishguard next week and wondered if there's anything local happening on the trials scene. I've been threatened with certain death from my other half about taking my bike so it will be in the watching capacity only. Cheers.

Looking to get some Zeta levers for my 2014 GG 280. I read that small modifications are necessary. Anyone know what those mods are exactly?

Archives of British news is available from:- http://www.itnarchive.com/ or http://www.britishpathe.com/index.cfm Use the Pathe site for stills but with ITN site you can view the films as well. All I did was register & then I typed in 'Scott Trial' Anyone with an interest in modern history will get lost in here for weeks, for example the scope of subjects available for the WW2 nut is amazing.

Hi all, I live in Australia and plan on going over to Europe to ride next year and was just wondering where the best place to train is. I know that Pons runs a coaching clinic in Spain but was just wondering if their are any other options. I don't mind where i am just want to spend lots of time on the bike and get some good coaching. Cheers
