Firstly my postings on Enduro are even less popular than when I post about football....you would have thought with Doug Lampkin making waves in this disciplie that this forum would have become a little more popular? Anyway, this weekends Hell Gate Extreme Enduro has an all star line up including the aforementined Doug but also Jarvis, Sagar, Taddy, Chris Birch, Gerhard Forster. I recently got my copy of Enduro Illustrated Photo Album 2008, this is a review of the 2008 WEC and is excellent value. Well worth a read and well worth the money, with some great photo's.

I got the opertunity yesterday to spend about 10 mins. on a G450X ... OMG!!! Almost better than sex ! I've NEVER experianced any bike ever that could even begin to compare !!!! Glenn

Hi there. I have a Gas Gas EC250. Great bike. The front brake is really spongy. changed pistons, seals fluid bled em down an bled em back and they still aint doing it for me. Oh and ive changed the wheel bearings just in case the wheel was deflecting. Disc is true too. The bike still stops really well but there is no feel at the lever. My next step is a master cylinder kit but does anybody have any experience with this problem?

Well after much deliberation I've taken the plunge and bought a 2008 KTM 450 EXC-R & free KTM toaster, for some dune bashing in Dubai. Anyone any tips for running one in and what to look out for.

Hello folks, I Fancy having ago at enduro on my trials bike and have a few questions, I was wondering if anyone knows of any events coming up in/near lincolnshire? Do they have a class for trials bikes? Will I be able to ride with my acu trials registration or will I need to get another liscence? Also any tips on modding the bike? I think I will put a 14t front sprocket on it. but will I need anything else? Any info is welcome Cheers Spike

Hello guys, One of my workmates sons is looking to purchase a motocross/enduro bike for passing abit of time and having abit of fun but nothing to serious however from what he is telling me he is struggling to find anywhere where he can ride in the northamptonshire area (Kettering to be precise). As far as i undersand he is will to pay for being able to ride, any chance any of you knowledgable lot could give some suggestions of places within northamptonshire or close by? Hey all Looking to get a new motorcross bike for hare and hound racing. I ride the Midwest series and Wessex centre enduros so I need a bike that is quite agile and very torquey. I am currently in the sportsman class but will go up into the clubman class in 2009. Last year I rode a YZF 250 with a flywheel weight, but I am unsure to stay with a four stroke or go for a 300 2 stroke? I liked the YZF but am curious if there is anything better out there. Anyone have any experiences or recommendations? If anyone can advise me on these questions I would much appreciate it. What is a better bike for hare and hound, 300cc stroke or 250 four stroke? I read with interest reports that organisers are considering runnning the 2009 Dakar Rally in South America. Should it still be the 'Dakar' as it would be in an entirely different continent?

With David Knight opting out of competing in this years Hells Gate event to focus on his GNCC preparations it was left to our lads Jarvis, Bolton, Sagar, Evans and Wrayford to put pressure on the young Polish rider. Jarvis almost caused an upset and was applying the pressure on Taddy and at one point in the race was under a minute behind Taddy, but tiredness and leg pain from an earlier accident kicked in towards the end and Taddy pulled away from Jarvis during the fourth and final lap to take the victory. I believe the Tough one was filmed by Sky tv but I have not seen it advertised does anyone know if when it's on or have I missed it ??
