Chaps, would anybody know what the standard carb jetting/fittings would be for an 06 Rev 80? Carb is a Dellorto PHBG 21 BS. I need to know slide no., needle no., needle jet, main and pilot jet sizes. I have tried Eurocarb and John L's but they've both quoted numbers that are different to each others AND the butchered fittings currently in the carb (and Dellorto bits aren't that cheap to be guessing and experimenting, lol). The airbox lid appears to have had some extra holes drilled in the front edge, I believe that this is a common mod? Any info much appreciated!

Is the outer boot/seal available separately for the 2017 onwards rear master cylinder? I've done a few searches and I can only find the full kit. I've just tore one clumsily fitting a new master cylinder in the dark, the batteries ran out on the flood lights. Expensive mistake if I have to buy a £25 repair kit.

Greetings, Would someone have a TR33 or even TR32 parts manual and be willing to send me a copy? A link to download one would work also. I've searched extensively and can't locate one. Greg

Hi all I have been given a rear wheel of a 315R Mont with the spokes that go through a flange not the rim and would like to know if anyone has fitted one to their Evo 4T. If so what work is needed e.g. spacers, type of sprocket and rear disc. Or does anyone know if the rim can be laced to the Evo hub (it has the same number of spokes). Thanks

Having witnessed the abilities of the 200 Beta Alp's during the Sammy Miller rounds, I went out and bought one primarily as a run about and secondly to do a few long distance trials and green laning. They are very capable bikes and with some work, might be a better proposition than the 4T Scorpa to encourage people to have ago at trials, particularly where you can only afford one bike. The trials with a C route, run by clubs such as my own beloved Stratford Upon Avon, are an ideal introduction to the sport. It will breeze C route sections and I will be attempting the B-route on mine at some events this year. The first round is scheduled for early April, so keep your eye…

  16. Add a smaller outside diameter washer under each spring washer in the clutch to lighten the spring preload. I added a 3mm thick washer used for hex key bolts to the underside of the existing clutch spring washers. This is about equivelent to removing one spring. This will raise each bolt three millimeters when tightened. The clutch lever is now easily half the resistnce to pull in. With a rotory file chucked into a battery drill I had to remove the crosshatch bracing from inside the clutch cover to allow for clearance of the bolt heads. Along with doing the pinned clutch mods at the top of this section this clutch feel is now pretty sweet.

I have never found Betas the most easiest of bikes to maintain brakes on, my sons Sherpa always seemed much easier .... but I am hitting a problem with my 09 200 and wondered if anyone has hit the same problem or has any thoughts. The rear started to show signs of being ineffective so I thought a full strip and service was needed. Taking the pots out and examining the seals showed significant wear so a refurb kit was purchased. After cleaning everything as I normally would do, the new seals and pots were refitted and one half went in OK whilst the other half would not move past the seal with reasonable pressure. Just to check it was not the seal grooves, I took the s…

I realise that this has been done before, its just that having read the other posts about their Techno's about this, some people mention using spacers. Where would you put them as the exhaust is mounted to the inside of the subframe, so any spacers would move the exhaust towards the wheel? Other than bending back (exhaust or subframe) I guess there's not much else that can be done? Cheers Loomesy
