Hi guys. been out for about 30-40 mins in the bike, 1st outing since lock down. Was flying fine everywhere, then all of a sudden was squealing as if something was stuck, stopped the bike put it 1st gear and still squealing, sounded like the head. But not sure, now I had to start it again to get up a massive hill... still doing it, I popped it into 2nd and it stopped, then third still ok, ran it all the way home and it was fine... washed it and tried to start it again, it keeps select gear on its own with the slightest knock or roll, then really hard to select neutral.. I’m running it on 75-80 /1 fuel and changed the gearbox oil. Light gear oil 75w putiline …

I bought a new 2020 txt 250 and after riding it for about 3 to 4 hours the clutch stopped working. I noticed it was low on fluid and added mineral oil and it started working again. After about another hour of riding I checked it and noticed it had leaked down some again. Being its almost new has anyone ran into this issue? Thanks for any suggestions. The dealer I bought if from is 7 hours away so if its something small I may try to fix it myself. Also it doesn't seam to be leaking at clutch lever.

Hi, installing an s3 200 kit (175cc actually) on my daughters 17.5 e4 125 txt. I want to also install the optimal heavier flywheel and will likely have this machined custom. Can anyone offer a specific and ideal weight in grams for what this should be. I don’t want to order the generic weight intended for the 250-300 as this would obviously be too heavy for the little bike. I will naturally be removing the factory small disc weight and adding the more substantial one. Will not want to install a cover spacer, should be unnecessary as the 125 ignition is much smaller therefore ample room in there. Any intel will be appreciated. thank you, Guy

I'm going to fit a 2005 case to my 2002 Pro. Do I need to change the seal in the master cylinder or just clean the brake fluid out and flush the hose out before filling with mineral oil? The case comes complete with slave piston, seals etc.so that will be OK. Thanks

I got my first trials bike. It is a 2020 Gas Gas TXT250. The bike seems great except when shifting from 4th gear to 5th gear. There is a bad gear grinding noise every time I shift from 4th to 5th unless the RPM's are extremely low. Like 25% of normal. I know gears 1-4 are low ratio and gears 4-5 are high ratio so the jump between 4th and 5th is a big step. It seems that you would want to be able to shift out of 4th at a higher (or mid) RPM to make the jump to 5th easier. I need to be lugging down in 4th to be able to shift into 5th without getting the grinding noise. Is this normal? The dealer is telling me that it is normal. Thanks, Steve

After a lot of testing trial and error. I have decided to scrap the troublesome ducati ignition system. I am nearly there with a replacement kokusan system but in need of a stator This would need to be off a 250/280/300 pref off a 2008 bike but i know they were used on other years. Any help and advice as to where to pick one up from would be much appreciated.; Thanks in advance Ian

Hi there, my friends got a 300 gasgas and through stupidity and frustration he has kicked the kickstart over repeatedly and very hard and it no longer feels to engage. You can push it down with your fingers but it does spring back to the top. Any ideas on what part he’s broke and how big of a job it is to fix? cheers

I'm finding the bike will "surge" after I cut the throttle. Generally just a "pop" or two, but it's enough to make the bike lurch forward just a bit. I don't think it's back fire, it's as if I just gave it a little throttle, when I didn't. Any ideas? Thanks

I am due a new wheel and to make life easier on the sealing front and considering the new style wheels. This question has likely been asked to death before I'm sure but has anyone had experience fitting the new style DID wheels/ 2-part spoked wheels onto older bikes? (specifically 2009 Pro) I understand the Raga from that year had these wheels but would it fit on the standard bike without the need for faffing around with spacers, hubs etc? Cheers!
