Where can i get a stator for my mate from? I have tried Sandifords and they are frankly useless as they have messed my mate around for five weeks now waiting for them to come in from abroad. So if you have one in your shop or you know somewhere that has one in stock can you let me know please.

Could someone tell me how (or where) the 4RT headlight plugs in? I’ve read about it being spliced into the map switch, which sounds a bit scary, and slightly unnecessary seeing as Honda supply it with plugs ready to hook up... Thanks Boner.

Just wondered if my 242 was still around. Bought new from Julian Wigg in January 1985. Later fitted with an Acerbis plastic tank. Does anyone have it?

please tell me where i should stick the inline fuel filter i bought for my 4rt? should it go between the fuel tank and the injector?

Apologies in advance as I`m sure this has been covered before. New to the forum and did a quick search but brought up nothing I could figure out. Just picked up a Cota 4RT and wondered where I can get the spares? I checked the Montesa website and Honda website but couldn't find any micro fiche? I have a feeling I`m being a completed eejit but can anyone advise where I can find the parts online (other than ebay). Should have mentioned...I was looking more specifically for the microfiche to allow me to identfy the parts needed to place an order with a UK dealer. And which UK dealer would folks recommend? I have a Montesa 315R that I was told is an 00/01 (2-Stroke model) & today I dropped the 10T front sprocket down to 9T & am liking the results although not quite a big enough drop I don't think & am looking at purchasing a much larger rear sprocket. At the moment I am running the stock 40T rear sprocket but would like to go up to something as high as 45T although not too too sure if the chain will be long enough to support this. At the moment I have the rear wheel as far back as possible to support the 9T sprocket so am thinking will definately need to go up on the rear but the most I can see anywhere is 42T. I have no ambitions of competition level trialing…

I know, I know, i'm living in the past...but it's good stuff and prolonges chain life by an inordinate amount. However, no bugger seems to sell it any longer. Staniforths of Sheffield stock it but will only sell to traders. Anyone know of anywhere that stocks it in the UK and will sell to any old Tom, Dick or Harry? Suggestions greatly appreciated Cheers

I flipped my 2011 4RT (repsol) and cracked the rear mudguard at the rear attach bolts and I’m looking for another mudguard (and decal) but can’t seem to find one. Any ideas? is it even possible to order one from Honda ? (Though I’ve no idea what the part number would be- the parts manual I have is 2017 I think) thanks in advance!

Hi all, I've had a bit of nosing around and can't find anywhere with a good choice of graphics for the 4rt, I have the old 2010 shape, but possibly changing to the face-lift 2014 rear fender, does anyone know where is a good place to get them? Or get some custom made, I tried danger uk but they don't have the template, thanks!

Ok so A buddie of mine bought his first trials bike about a week ago and there is nothing wrong with it im just looking for the right direction to point him in. He bought a 91 Montesa 311 and it is in pretty good shape however I know just like we all know something at some point is going to break or need replaced ect. ect. Anyway what im interested in trying to find out is where he can get parts or at least where i can help point him in the right direction for parts here in the states. I dont know of any one other than ebay and there is not alot on there. Any help or suggestions are appreiciated Thanks!

I have seen an S3 electric start modification on the S3 website.for montesa 4Rt any model..also an utube video...I emailed the S3 info...after one month no reply. Does anybody knows who sells such modification Kit ???..I am interested to buy
